The atmosphere is very professional and very fun! I sat down in the chair and they had a bunch of videos on the TV of cute/funny animal fails, making me laugh, which comforted me-I am anxious at the dentist-and made time go by quickly. There was also a great playlist of music from every genre and several different decades. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly! My dental assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot your name! :( ) was so sweet. We chatted it up like we've known one another for years. She did an awesome job!! My dentist, Dr. Atherman, was very thorough with my exam, very knowledgeable, and super funny. I could tell he genuinely cared about my concerns, cares about what he does, and cares for his patients.
This was literally the BEST dental experience I've ever had!! I am so happy I chose Carolina Dental Arts of Goldsboro for my dental needs!!! ❤

My son is 18 years old with Autism. He doesn't like changes at all. We were struggling with changing from a pediatric dentist to and adult but, oh what a WONDERFUL experience. When we walked in the office it instantly felt like family and for the first time in my sons life he went to the back to have his teeth cleaned by himself. I got to sit and wait out front for the first time ever. I wanted to jump up and praise God. This is a big step for him and trust me if he didn't feel comfortable he would have never went without me. Thank you Carolina Dental for making this transition GREAT.

My first visit was amazing! Katie my dental hygienist was soooo thorough and kind. Explained everything while doing it. The receptionist squeezed me in last minute the day before. They provided options I didn’t know I had. I’m just so happy with my experience.
*update I’ve seen the ortho that they have come every Friday to their office and he is amazing as well!
