This place is terrible. 1st if you're in pain the just tell you and your kids to deal. Having a tooth removed, the busted one of my veneers "by mistake" and it had to be removed as well. Also, the office manager is evil. We were 10 mins late today, first time ever. Their policy is 15 but because they were understaffed, we were told to leave. Find somewhere else for your dignity.

I love their entire staff they're friendly and care about their patient's. I hate the dentist and they cared about how I felt and eased my nerves. I recommend this office and their staff. Love this place and will tell everyone i know here.

I was told if i missed an appoibtmentthey wouldnt see me thats completely fair you know? But i was ON CALL waiting for them to give me an appointment and they called my mothers phone (pretty sure i gave them my number the last time i went) they didnt ask to speak to me. They didnt call me. I had no way of knowing my appointment. My mom simply forgot about it because her memorys bad and she called and explained to them it was hee and i got a letter saying they would no longwr see me because of their and my moms mistake. Yeah my mom forgot to tell me but its the receptionists job to make sure I AM the one receiving the messages. On top of that ive had nothing but issues with this place since i started going. Drs constantly fussed about me not brushing my teeth because im missing saliva glands and you kinda need those for healthy teeth. Yet i wasnt brushing them i brush my teeth twice a day. Frankly its none of you business regardless if i wanted my teeth to fall out and want you to pull them shut up and take my money .doesnt matter if its not the case im old enough to not get fussed at. I have bad social anxiety so them tallking down to me and scolding me only made that worse. Their loss my gain i suppose. Yalls receptionist really needs to get it together ill be calling monday morning to relay this information

This is absolutely the worse dentist I have ever been to! I had a mouth full of teeth when I first started going there! I now have ONLY 7 teeth on top! They are rude & does NOT even try to help you when you ask for help!! Definitely looking for a new dentist!

They were hurried and uncompassionate. Wanted to extract most of my back teeth but were unwilling to discuss replacement options. When I went to a different dentist they refused to send my records, which is ILLEGAL and once confronted with that fact, they acted very petty; they sent the x rays unnumbered and out of order. They sent files that could not be opened and then tried to claim I owed them more money. VERY petty and unprofessional.
