It is VERY frustrating to get a phone call the day before saying that they have run your insurance card, but they are having problems. Re-gave my numbers and told I would get a phone call back in a little while when they ran it…I am STILL waiting for that phone call. 🙄 When I arrived at my appointment this morning they told me that they were having issues with their phones…umm, this is the 21st century…nobody has a cell phone…or could email me since I have given you permission to do so? My husband called our benefits department yesterday and everything is up to date and current so they weren’t sure why DCC was having problems.
It is also VERY frustrating EVERY.SINGLE.TIME my family of six goes in there to have to fill out the SAME paperwork that I did SIX MONTHS ago!!! I have NEVER been to another practice that has their patients do this. Again, let’s catch up to the 21st century!
And a couple of months ago, I got the most UNPROFESSIONAL email from them saying I hadn’t used all my insurance benefits for the year so I should schedule an appointment to use the funds up!!! I will be moving my family to another practice after all of this!

I called the Wilson office to set an appointment. They scheduled the appointment for my son in Zebulon without mentioning the location change. I got a text about a week ago to confirm which I did immediately. I got a text this morning to remind us to show up at 2:00. I didn't even look at the text because I already had it on my calendar. I pick my son up from school and go to the dentist. They inform me that they do not have an appointment and I say I have a text. She checks the text and realizes that this mornings reminder does have the Zebulon address. I called the Zebulon location to find out what went wrong and they say they don't even have an appointment for him at all. How is it that they scheduled me for a whole different location in a different city without informing me. And they don't even actually schedule me. And they text me to confirm that we are scheduled. This whole thing made me miss work and have made my son miss school. That's money out of my pocket for no reason. This was to be our first appointment with the dental Care center and I'm seriously fuming mad right now.

I appreciate Dr. Chang and Stephanie. They showed such compassion for my daughter Alexis, who has Autism. They made her experience a great one and that is something I am grateful for. Thanks again Dr. Chang and Stephanie!!!

They were friendly and patient with my daughter and I. We were seen almost immediately. They answered all of my questions and was sincerely interested in our care. They also played cool tunes during our visit. You know music can make even a dentist appointment better. Thanks guys/gals. 😁

Thank you so much Dr. OH and staff for all you do and have done for myself and my family. I thank you and appreciate as well all the patience, professionalism and compassion shown. I truly feel like welcomed upon arrival and that I do matter upon my arrival and throughout my visit. There is no other place that I or my family would go for our dental needs and routine care.

Very professional. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, everyone is so polite and knowledgeable. Everyone there seems to love their job. Short wait period. Clean lobby and treatment area. Highly recommend.

They seriously need a new phone system. Can never get through. I personally had to go out of my way to go up there to schedule an appointment. Website doesn’t work either.

Extremely unhappy about the visit. My boyfriend had an infection in a tooth that was broken. They took an x ray and it showed a very bad infection and the dentist said the best course of action would be to remove remove the tooth.
The dentist had a really hard time extracting the tooth, it took her 2 hours to finish, she ended up cutting his gum to extract the remaining tooth.
She stopped in the middle of the procedure and went to the room next door to deal with another patient. Him and I sat there for 20 minutes with his gum cut open and half a tooth pulled out.
We left the office with the understanding not to smoke, to keep the gauze in and to rinse with salt water.
Within 2-3 hours after surgery, He pulled the gauze out to change to a new one, and there was a huge bloody jelly substance on the gauze, He was afraid that it was the blood clot on that gauze.
He has been in pain for over 7 days now. He was sent home without any antibiotics, no pain meds, He has been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours for 7 days and is starting to have kidney pain.
He called them Monday morning to let them know what was happening and he was told the dentist was too busy to see him. He starts a new job TOMORROW, and here He is with excruciating pain up his jaw and into his eye socket!!
And they can’t see him. I asked about antibiotics and the answer was no, when He clearly has an infection when He went in there and obviously He needed to be on antibiotics!!
I don’t know if she has damaged his mouth or his jaw, or if it’s just dry socket. I don’t know what to do at this point. I called back and asked to get in today but was told that he couldn’t be seen until 1:30, he has another appointment somewhere else at 3, and it’s an hour away. He asked the front desk woman if He could come in sooner and she had the worst attitude and was confrontational. I am appalled at this place, and the way it is run. There was NO REASON for the front desk lady to talk to him like that, I feel that there is some serious issues with this office, I have read other reviews where other patients have had issues with infection and how they also were not given antibiotics when they clearly needed it!!
