University Dental Associates - Hawthorne

I have been so pleased that I chose UDA Hawthorne 2 years ago for my dental services. I always receive very compassionate, caring service. Morgan is a great hygienist, and Amber provides welcoming services at the front desk. Dr. Wahl is awesome! I experienced no pain during my fillings procedures. Thank you all for the excellent service you provide!

Been coming here for years! The staff is awesome and is always trying to make your visit and happy and memorable as possible. I mean it the dentist office, right? Well, I have stayed loyal for a reason. SO hard to find a great staff!

I had what I thought was going to be a dental emergency. I have not been to a dentist in a number of years and have been fearful of calling to take that critical step in taking back my health. Since I was in pain, I had no choice but to call. EVERYONE - from the person who scheduled my appointment, to the hygenist, to the technician and to Dr. Wahl, treated me with such kindness and compassion and held no judgment. They explained everything they did each step of the way and showered me with such reassurance that although I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to my next visit, I am happy I am now back on the track to good health. I am grateful that I found professionals who genuinely care about the people they treat. THANK YOU!

The staff is courteous and professional. Morgan is an excellent hygienist and Amber at the front desk is very, very good at what she does. Dr. Wall has a great patient demeanor and empathetic approach.

My first visit to UDAH was unbelievably comfortable. I was so nervous walking in, the Dental Assistant was so personable and sweet there was no room for anxiety. After X-rays, Dr. Wahl came in and introduced herself before fully explaining what her examination would consisted of and then got started. I was so comfortable I thought I may fall asleep 😋 just an all around great experience! I am extremely happy to have found such a great dentist office on a whim.

Requested an appointment specifically to get teeth cleaned for myself and my husband. I had just moved and had regular dental care and had all of my records sent over. Stated that I must have a new patient visit first even though I had no active issues and my records indicated that. Asked to do this and cleaning on the same day. After my new patient appointment was told my cleaning was scheduled for an hour later. I then found out that my husband didn't get a cleaning scheduled at all for his new patient visit the following week. I ended up just leaving because I didn't want to be at a place long-term who tries to schedule unnecessary visits to increase revenue. It is a bad deal for those in good health who just need preventative care.

Janice is awesome! She removes any preexisting fear I’ve ever had about dentists. My experience with her is virtually pain free how it should be. I live near a closer UDA but i do not mind driving to where she is instead :)

Love this office! Every staff member is kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. They respect my time by keeping my appointment time. I have lived in WS for two years and this office is the best health choice I have made!

Felt very processed on my new patient visit but I really like it here. Great atmosphere and great customer service. Had my a cleaning today and Ashley is awesome.. very friendly and thorough!
