I have a fear of the dentist, as most do, but mine is a bit more complicated due to an experience I had when I was young. This office makes sure that I feel comfortable and if I have any questions, they take the time to answer and put my mind at ease. Just want to say thank you for putting up with a difficult patient. :) Great place if you are looking for a fantastic dentist office.

Dr.Wahl is amazing. I had quite a bit of work done and I'm not finished yet. I have been to her twice so far and I haven't felt any pain and my teeth look great so far. The staff is great too.Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for going out of your way to fix my teeth.

Love the great customer service been going here for about 4 yrs now. My family relocated to the area and was uncertain about finding a new dentist office that could replace our old one. Great atmosphere and they make you feel at home.

I received several reminders regarding my appointment, not only through a personal call but through text messaging as well. I really like the option to schedule an appointment online. My wait time for my appointment was very short like less than 5 mins. The staff was nice and explained everything very clearly! I would recommend this place

While the dentist herself was very nice and professional, I don't feel as though she cares much about the patient's comfort much if at all. I told her I had to call out of work multiple times because of my tooth pain (5 abscess, 1 impacted tooth, two wisdom teeth, and 1 severe decay) basically, my teeth HURT, I have EXTREME pain, I told her it was a 10/10, and informed her that I had called out of work approximately 5 times in the past month and a half due to my teeth pain. I thought, oh she is very nice and seems to care, she will help me, but I was wrong. She referred me to a surgeon to get 5 teeth removed, and told me to alternate TYLENOL and IBUPROFEN. I tried to tell her that this was not a headache, that I have been constantly taking tylenol and ibuprofen more so than I should be, and it does not help what so ever, I still cannot work through the pain. She told me that was all she could do and sent me on my way. I was completely shocked. I went to hospitals, my primary care physician, urgent care, every one of them told me my dentist would have to prescribe me something for the pain, that they could not. My dentist failed me. I once again had to call out of work, and the pain has become excruciating to the point I don't know how to handle it anymore. I understand that doctors should not just go around prescribing pain meds all willy nilly, but when there is someone who actually needs them, they should prescribe them to help that patient out. That is what pain medication is for, to maintain PAIN. And any doctor can look at the xray of my mouth and can tell that I have actual issues that is causing me severe pain and discomfort. Long story short, I will be looking for a different dentist that is not apart of University Dental Associates. If you are looking for a dentist and do not have any pain issues in your mouth, this place is great, the atmosphere is nice, the associates are kinda nice, the dentist is very nice. But if you have pain, or your teeth hurt, do not go to this dentist. They will not give you anything to help with the pain and I am terrified of getting my teeth extracted and being forced to rely on ibuprofen.
