I've been going to Prairie Rose for years. I've never had an issue till today. Today, I felt like a number. I called to change an appointment for my child due to a conflict in his schedule. I wasn't even allowed to finish sentences before I was told they were completely booked until October. Guess my child has to skip his 6-month cleaning because nothing was open. I understood the schedule was full, but customer service needs to step up. Sorry.

I had a wisdom tooth growing in on my top left side, I was extremely nervous to have it pulled because it already hurt so bad. I have to say I will never go anywhere but prairie rose, the dentist and assistant were so funny and calmed me down immensely. My recovery was a breeze and if i ever had any questions they were very helpful to me! Can’t thank their team enough!!

When I arrived for my most recent visit, after I was in the exam room, the hygenist informed me that regular dentist would not be seeing me. Instead a different dentist would be seeing me that day, a dentist who was there temporarily while waiting to start working at another clinic. I had never seen or heard of this other dentist. The wait to get in to Prairie Rose is ridiculously long. I wait 9 months for a 6-month checkup. The reason I wait that long is to see MY dentist, who knows my history. To be informed AFTER I was in the exam room that someone else would be seeing me was very disappointing. I know my regular dentist was there because I saw him in the hall. They put me in the uncomfortable position of either going along with something I didn't want, or being that hard-to-work-with patient who upsets their plans and schedules by refusing to see a different dentist. At the very least, they should have had the courtesy to ASK me AHEAD OF TIME if it would be okay. Our past experiences with this clinic have been very positive, which is the only reason I am giving them another chance.
