Designer Smiles

I am an anxious dental patient, but Jesse has done wonders with my care and that has helped me manage my visits. While I don't look forward to the dental work, I do genuinely look forward to seeing her (10 years now!) and know that my cleaning will be gentle (but thorough). Dr Hetland and now Dr Jeff are talented and thoughtful providers who take treatment plans at my pace. Their office staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Designer Smiles.

I'm so thankful someone referred my husband and I to Designer Smiles. They gave us important tools and resources for our oral health that produced very rapid improvement in the areas that were in decline. We appreciate their transparency with their charges so we can stay within budgeted funds. We feel like family each time we interact with staff and Dr Jeff. We are healthier and happier since our very first visit a year ago and during the pandemic they have provided over 100% efforts to keep everyone safe. We look forward to appointments instead of dread.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Options were given and were thoroughly explained. Procedure was literally painless. Dr. Harrie and Designer Smiles are the absolute best!!

I have not got done what I need done yet due to other complications but the visits I’ve had there have always been pleasant and informative and they’ve done a great job in helping me along my journey to finish this dental nightmare🤣

Jessie is the best at her job! She is gentle, caring and positive! She knows me well and is an important part of staying healthy! All the ladies are very friendly, know me immediately when I walk in and I am never nervous going in! Thanks for your service and care!!!

Absolutely the best!
The hygienists are always great. Doc is very nice and care plans are ez to follow and simple. The front desk is the best in town, the receptionist is wonderful to work with making scheduling a breeze!!!

I have never felt more comfortable at any type of medical/dentist appointment. They put my mind at ease about all my worries and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, with or without smile insecurities. Thank you for being so great, Designer Smiles. Very friendly staff, pleasant decor and sitting area. Dr. Jeff is personable and has a good sense of humor! Explains procedures very well and answers questions patiently. Very pleased with crowns I have had done. Check the reference book in waiting area to read about any dental procedure that you may have questions about. Very thorough read. Am going to recommend to rest of my family members to switch over to Dr. Jeff. I feel that I am able to get appointments in a timely manner, and any issues I have had have been quickly addressed. Would definitely recommend this office to friends.

Fear of Dental Treatment - My daughter has had massive anxiety over going to the dentist ever since her first visit where we had found out she had to go under for major dental work due to enamel issues on her baby teeth that had come in that way. From then forward through her younger years it was a challenge to get her there calmly and to stay back there for her cleanings. As she got older the anxiety was still there, and the dread of going to a cleaning or to hear you have a cavity we need to fill. She has switched over to Designer Smiles and had her first cleaning to find out she had a cavity to be filled. I remember the conversation as it always is I HATE the dentist and why does this always happen. Well on August 20th I received the best call after her filling appointment. Instead of being upset I heard relief in her voice, Mom this was thee absolute best experience I've ever had! They made me feel so at ease, comfortable, and most of all kept my mind off what was being done. Alexis was awesome!! Dr. Jeff and Alexis made this such a great experience I want them to see me for all my dental work.

In July of 2020 I came to Designer Smiles in search of a company that could help me with 4 veneers. I had gone to 3 other dentists offices previously only to find expensive services, rude staff and unclean surfaces. This was NOT the case with Designer Smiles. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a friendly smile and a hello, they are reasonably prices and are willing to make special accommodations such as staying late or coming in early. Dr. Jeff was always kind and gentle. He was sensitive to my needs and wishes. He was never persuasive but always gave his opinion when asked. I could not have asked for a better experience and if you want the same, head to Designer Smiles!
Also, ask for Alexis to assist. Very friendly and remembers little details about you. What more could a person want!
