They are great at what they do and they love to hear about how you’re doing! No dentist I’ve been to before has made it so easy to have conversation while getting your teeth cleaned. Would highly recommend!

We've been seeing Dr. Lichtsinn & the crew for years and they are always friendly, thorough, and professional. They sure make going to the dentist a lot easier!

I have been a patient with Dr. Lichtsinn office since 2007, I was the only one going to him until my kids were old enough to see a dentist,I really loved working with Dr Lichtsinn office and didn't want to go anywhere else for my families dental care. I was afraid that I might have to find a pediatric dentist because my boys were old enough to visit the dentist. Dr. Lichtsinn suggested to see the boys and see how they reacted and if he would have to refer them to a pediatric dentist, he was so nice and playful with the kids they boys just loved him.I was so relieved to find out we didn't need to look for a pediatric dentist and could have my whole family dental care with his office. It is a wonderful feeling to know we are in good hands and they will go the extra mile for our dental care.

The Southpointe Dental staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed. They are very professional and Dr. Litchsinn is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy dentist.

I had my teeth cleaned and I had a painful canker sore. They gave me medication to numb my mouth so my canker sore wouldn't hurt during the cleaning. It was very helpful to get through it without pain. The staff are very kind and care about their patients well being.

If you have an intense fear of going to the dentist, then you should really check this place out. The people are very calming and friendly and will make accomodations for your anxiety. This includes letting you come in several times before actually getting any work done to familiarize yourself with the settings. Many places say it will be fine, but I feel like these guys actually understand. And at the end you can get a balloon animal! Nobody is too old for baloon animals.
The receptionist is seriously so sweet and helpful. She worked very hard to get every penny out of insurance before asking us for a dime.
I got a TMJ night splint from here and I can not express to you how much of a difference it has made for me. Until you have your TMJ treated, you really don't understand how much it messes with your life. My neck and shoulders have never been so relaxed. I am astonished at how big of a difference such a simple device has made.
They also did a apnea sleep guard for my husband. It is great. I highly reccomend checking out this option. No wires, no hoses, no noise, no batteries. We can now sleep in the same bed again. And snuggle too! We don't have to worry about trying to find power while camping, or worry about getting respirtory infections from the machine. I really hate those apnea machines, and if you do too, you don't have to suffer. They aslo got our medical insurance to cover it.

Initial exam with the Dr was Great. He spent time privately talking prior to exam. The “new” hygienist was great! Personable, professional, and informative. I would recommend Southpointe to others.

My kids love the fun atmosphere that everyone creates at Southpointe Dental. It's great that everyone remembers even the littlest details about not just your dental health but the tid bits of your life...vacations, graduations...it makes you feel so special.
