They are awesome! Fantastic with my 2 year old on his first ever dentist visit. And I'm so used to fighting to get quotes for the things I need done that I was actually surprised when the lady at the desk just printed it off for me for my dental plan. Highly recommend Dakota dental.

Dr. Shaw and Jessica, the dental assistant, were wonderful as was the rest of the experience minus a little discomfort with the deadening. On a less-positive note, I was very disappointed to have to pay for my visit at the time of service. For over 20 years the bill has been sent to our dental insurance, and after they pay their portion, the remaining was sent to us in an invoice, which we promptly paid.

I'm happy with the dental service but I'm very disappointed with the business manager and her attempt to humiliate me in front of her staff and people seating in the waiting area.
