Service was ok but they need to look up and learn the definition of a payment and a copayment. A copayment is a flat rate you pay at time of service before insurance is billed. The remainder is a payment. Be sure you know the difference and inform your patients according had I know this at time of appointment would have scheduled different. Will never return here again.
