Ever since 2014, I have been forever pleased with the service and staff of this dentist office....Wonderful staff that helped me in my journey of a beautiful and healthy smile. I am forever grateful, it boosted my confidence beyond measures. My insurance recently changed where they are no longer covered, and it was sad to learn, but I will not go anywhere else. I will still be loyal to them regardless. Can't wait to pick a plan next enrollment that will include coverage for them.

I am sure I am not alone when I say I hate visiting the dentist. Not only is it usually painful in the mouth if there is an issue, its ALWAYS painful in the pocket. Dr. Gum and her staff are spectacular and quite a refreshing change from my last dental experiences. It was clear from the beginning what my out of pocket costs were and every option, including what would be the most economical, was discussed. I found my new dentist and I plan on coming here for years to come. Thanks to Dr. Gum and her staff!

Dr. Gum is fantastic! I have always had a positive experience when I visit her office and on top of that I was able to call her during emergency hours, she answered right away and squeezed me into their schedule in order to see me. She gives the best care to her patients and always explains what exactly is going on and what the plan moving forward is. I appreciate it so much! Highly recommend.

This dentist office is very modern and nice environment. The dentists and receptionists are very kind. The office has a sense of calm and that is coming from someone with a lot of dental anxiety. I would recommend to anyone.

I recommend getting a second opinion before undergoing any dental procedures, or be prepared for a lot of pain, expense, and follow-up.
I give her 2 stars rather than one because maybe I donβt know what Iβm talking about. I am not a dentist, and in all fairness, she did a good job on the chipped tooth that brought me into the office in the first place. Itβs still there, going strong, and you canβt even tell the difference.
However, I need to be honest about my experience, and I will try to be fair. My experience with Dr. Gum was about 5 years ago, because she was the closest dentist at the time.
Maybe itβs possible I actually did have ~7 cavities after a lifetime of no cavities and dentists telling me I had strong teeth. It had, after all, been a few years since I had been to the dentist.
Maybe she didnβt drill too close to the nerve while filling my molar, and maybe the cavity was so deep that the pain and the eventual root canal and crown were inevitable.
Maybe my dentist friend was wrong to be angry that they gave me a root canal without a dental dam and the bleach solution they used to irrigate the tooth was pooling at the back of my throat.
Maybe the next dentist I had was wrong about the quality of the fillings she gave me, and maybe the inability of my gums to adhere to the filling material on my molar wasnβt the reason why the gums there were receding on one side, causing me to need painful and expensive gum graft surgery elsewhere.
Again, maybe the pain and thousands of dollars over the years were just 100% my fault for not going to the dentist for a few years, as I had assumed then. But after coming back and looking at several recent stories of the exact same thing happening to other people, I felt like I needed to post this review.
Again, please get a second opinion before undergoing any major (or possibly even minor) dental procedures.

I received prompt, professional, generous, and high quality dental care and customer service. My appointment was so refreshing in a world of apathy or shallow relationships. I am thankful for Kayleigh, Toni, and Dr. Gum.

Literally probably the best experience I've had at a dentist. The place is so cute and clean. The staff is so friendly and really do care and want to help you. They're very informative and comforting throughout the whole process. I've been to many places where I've had an appointment but still had to wait for a while but this is not that. If your appointment is at 10, You will get seen at 10! Overall fabulous experience!

Only five stars??? I guarantee this office deserves more than that! I just had the greatest experience at my new Dentist office! HGTV (my favorite station) was playing in my exam room. I felt right at home. Lol. Seriously, the staff was very friendly. There wasn't a wait to be seen. I loved the attention to detail and how thorough my exam was. I felt like they cared about my dental health rather than just filling the appointment and getting me out the door. Looking forward to visits in the future. I recommend anybody looking for a dentist to this office.

When I saw Dr. Gum, she informed me that I had six cavities. I'd seen another dentist six months prior for a cleaning who didn't mention anything about cavities, but against my better judgement, I allowed Dr. Gum to work on three of them. After my visit, the receptionist informed me that the dental assistant who did my fillings was doing a "working interview." Dr. Gum did not inform me of this, and was not present in the room while the dental assistant was working on me. I wonder if he even got paid. Since then, 2/3 of the teeth she drilled have needed root canals within the year. We will see what happens with the third tooth, I have been experiencing thermal sensitivity in that area but I can't afford the root canal now because I maxed out my insurance for the year. I have high nerves and she should have been more careful when drilling. My experience with her turned out to be very expensive and extremely painful.

Always appreciate the attention to detail by the staff and hygienists (along with Dr Gum of course)! My insurance and credit cards were sanitized before being returned, I was given a touch free temperature check, and my hygienist had PPE to protect both of us during the appointment.
