The Dentist’s Office of Whitehall

Last dentist I went to told me that I needed 5 tooth pulled. I went here and got a second opinion and was told that all the teeth could be saved with deep cleaning and proper hygiene habits. Very professional and the whole staff were great! Glad I found them!

They are always nice and there to help with your dental needs. Telling you what is the best situation based off what is healthy and best for your teeth health. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks I have been patient for at least 10 years.

The staff were very sensitive to my needs. The office was clean and very relaxing. The Dentist I had was very nice and I look forward to seeing them again.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. has a very gentle disposition and touch. She was thorough and made sure my questions were answered.

This place has the worst dentist I have ever come across in my life! She was supposed to fill in my daughters cavities after removing braces and, the dentist put something on that caused my daughters teeth to look green. The filling she used was horrible!!! I took my daughter back and requested they fix it, they removed the previous fillings and put in a different filling just as bad.

Now my high school daughter won’t smile in public and barely at home. This dentist has created an insecurity and self consciousness within my daughter that was never there before. My daughters front 4 teeth has green spots and lines all over them top and bottom. This dentist will destroy a child’s life, I can only imagine the carelessness she has for others.

When I brought the discoloration to the dentist attention a third time she acted as though she didn’t care much and said just make another appointment, this was right after she so called fixed the problem the first time we never left the office and she didn’t care about how she left my daughters teeth looking.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

There should be a rating with negative numbers for this one. This guy chipped my front crown while working on a different tooth and eventually a good chunk of that crown broke off. When I came in to ask him to fix that issue that he created because of his poor skills, he accused me of faking it because I wanted a free crown. I have good dental insurance and am doing well financially so I don't need a free crown but for him to say that, after something he did, I was shocked. I do not recommend him to anybody for any dental work.

Dr. Thomas Niederhelman left the practice and I would not recommend Dr. Patel. He tried to pull a tooth and was literally digging it out. He left part under my gum. He sent me to an Oral Surgeon to see what, if anything needed to be done further. The only thing “good” the surgeon said about him was he knew enough to stop digging. Also, Dr. Patel has no “chair side manner”. In other words he is very lacking in empathy.

I miss Dr. Thomas very much. He was very empathetic . In fact, I did not know he was no longer at the practice until I showed up for my extraction.

Been here before with one of my daughters and she hated it. I thought she just was saying that because she's not a big fan of the dentist. Took days to get someone to answer the phone. I see why. The lady at the front desk is clueless. They just take patients nevermind appointment order they're pointless.

Everyone here is always so upbeat and happy to see you it's a bit off putting at first but you soon learn to appreciate the way they treat you here. I chipped a tooth and they had me fixed in a little over a half hour then when I messed up the bonding a few weeks later they fixed it again, this time in about fifteen minutes, for free! I've always had great experiences here and I can't say enough good about the business.
