Today my son had an appointment. My tire exploded on the freeway on the way to the appt. I called to let them know i needed to reschedule his appointment because I'm stuck on the side of 270. She told me I had to cancel at least 2 business days in advance and they could not reschedule my son! Excuse me!!?? These ppl are not for families who may need to reschedule the day before or the day of an appt due to uncontrollable/unforeseen circumstances. I told them to cancel all my families appts, that's 10 family members they just lost. So sad.
