I got my first appointment when it and they did a good time cleaning but it was a little harsh on the mouth. But the doctor her self didn’t even examine my teeth properly and said you got X number of cavities and we can finish them in one day. She didn’t give me proper care. So I found another dentist that’s not looking to grew her pocket with money 💴

I have been a client of Optimal Family Dental for two years now and I enjoy my experience every time I come in. All of the employees treat you with respect and show excellent customer service as soon as you arrive in the office. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable, professional dental office don’t hesitate to come here.

This place really suprised me. I was taken back very promptly each time with no ridiculous waits like other dentist I've been to. I have avoided dentist my whole life because of how bad it hurts to get anything done. This place has changed my mind on how dentistry should be done. I was actually given enough medication to be fully numb which resulted in the most pain free dental experience I've ever had. I had a bunch of work that needed done and it was done faster then I ever expected. It was a blessing to find this place they do an amazing job

I don't know where to start with the praise I have for this office. When you walk in the door you're greeted with smiles and a cheery atmosphere. The office is clean, bright, and always decorated for the upcoming holiday.
I've had a lot of work done here over the past few months. As most people, I hate dentists and had neglected my teeth for several years. At my first appointment I was expecting to be told I would loose some or all of my teeth. It was quite the opposite. They made a treatment plan.
I'm now through four visits here, and on my way to much better dental health.
Every single visit to this office has been unbelievably awesome. Every one!! Every person at this office has been a pleasure to work with, positive, happy, and caring.
I can honestly say I've never been in a better run office.
Dr. Thunga is an exceptionally good dentist. She's very efficient and very caring.
From the front office staff, to the hygienist, technicians, and Dr. Thunga, I have been blown away by the care I've received here.

Very clean and professional office. Dr.Thunga was very patient with my anxious son. I had a crown made and I'm very happy with it. My husband had his teeth cleaned by Shawna and said she did a wonderful job! Staff is friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable. Would highly recommend!!!

My children and I all went to this office. All in the same day! The staff was VERY friendly, informative, helpful, and kind. It is very child friendly, I have a 3yr old and 5 yr old, they both absolutely loved it. I have been to many other dentists in my life that always made me feel very unwelcome and talked to others rather than me, not this office! They made sure both my children and I had a positive experience and knew what was going on. The dental assistant, Alanah, comforted my children throughout their enitre visit as well. From the first step into the door, until the scheduling of our 6 month cleanings, they made us feel like we were family! I recommend this office to everyone in my family as well as all of my friends! There is no question in my mind that I finally found a lifelong family dentist for my children and I!

This is the most professional and caring stuff I've ever seen. Doctor and hygienist and assistant and front desk are the best. Trust me because I am one of the hardest patient out there. But they were so patient and caring with me that i hope I don't have to go anywhere else to fix my teeth ever again.

Many years ago I used to work in the same office with Dr. Thunga & I can tell you that people called constantly saying the filling she did had fallen out. Dr. Thunga tried to rush through patient appointments to maximize her income & I believe this is why the fillings weren't properly placed. I worked in dental offices for years & never saw this happen with another dentist. She would also constantly tell people that they didn't need to be numbed & many people would complain about that as well. The reason for not wanting to numb some people was to save time. I never heard a Dr. of any kind talk so much about money & how much they loved spending it. That lust for money drove down the quality of her dental work as she rushed people through each day to maximize her profit. Her driving motivation is dollar signs & not quality patient care. I am a first hand witness. I came across Optimal while looking for a new dental office & realized it is Dr. Thunga. There is no way I would ever schedule with a provider like that.

They remember me & my family even though I only come in every six months & treat us like old friends & are great with my kids. All of the staff seem like family to one another. When other dentists use scare tactics to get you to do extra work, Optimal Family Dental appreciates that people sometimes have to budget. They are honest & lay out all of your options.

DR.T and Staff were Amazing. I took my young daughter in for her 1st dental appointment . From the moment we walked in the door the young ladies at the front counter were so polite and helpful. the understood that my young daughter would be very scared and they took the time to make her feel at home. Shawna, the hygienist was vary sweet and went over my daughter's treatment plan with great detail. My daughter require additional dental work which was done by doctor T and her assistance . Again treating my daughter as if she was their own and calmed all her worries and mine as well . We have actually been back a few times and every time it has benn the same great customer service and making you feel like you're part of their family . I can really tell that to staff loves being there and that doctor T is a wonderful boss . Just look at all the pictures on the walls of the places they have been . I highly recommend this office to all my friends.
