Both the nurse and doctor where beyond nice I'm more than thankful for how they treated me and how good they explained everything spring dental has always been my favorite dentist and the receptionist was as well very nice I was able to walk in and get 3 teeth pulled out for a very good price

Two years ago, this would have been a 5-star review, but something has changed with the service of Spring Dental, Bixby.
The dentist is great -- my kids love him, he's friendly and patient with them.
The rest of the staff is why the 1-star. Every time we've been in the last 2 years it has been someone different doing the cleaning. The last time my teeth/mouth, as well as my husbands, hurt -- for a couple days.
The front office staff is very pushy and seems to care more about selling procedures than discussing recommendations.
Their office hours are also difficult for working adults/parents -- it was always a struggle to get an appointment that worked with work (first thing in the morning or after school).
I have had enough and we've officially switched to a different family dentist... would not recommend.

I will preface this by saying I am a pediatric dentist and Dr. E and the Bixby Spring Dental team rocks! I had an old filling that wasn't doing so hot and a cavity on the tooth behind it. Dr. Nielsen knows his stuff and does an amazing job. He is thorough and cares about his work. Whoever did the anesthetic was amazing! I didn't feel a thing! If you need a recommendation from a dentist/patient about a dentist, this is the place to go.

Everything starts at the front desk and our first experience was exceptional. Witty staff, friendly hygienists, caring doctors- We dreaded the appointment and were pleasantly surprised by the people and facility. Would definitely recommend.
