To begin this review I want to start out with saying you have to know every question to ask about your procedure, because they will not explain it to you. I had a root canal done and many teeth worked on for over 3 hours with the male ‘sedation’ dentist. I told them the first day I have high anxiety with PTSD and with the healthcare industry. I said specifically I want to be walked through everything, told what’s happening as it happens, and be told how to take care of it after. Every time I spoke with the office manager she was extremely rude to me. They didn’t give me ANYTHING for the pain, only anxiety medication which didn’t help. However, I appreciated the fact that they numbed me and let me listen to music and watch my favorite show. After the appointment I couldn’t even open my mouth to eat anything. They didn’t explain to me the temporary crown, or give me ANY aftercare instructions besides “don’t eat on that side” (I thought it was funny for them to say when my ENTIRE mouth was swollen and sore!). I didn’t have any soup in my house so I didn’t get to eat at all that day, because they didn’t mention to me MY JAW AND ENTIRE MOUTH WOULD BE HURTING FOR DAYS. After calling to ask for care instructions and tell them my experience they were very rude. I asked if I could go to another dentist or go ahead and schedule the appt 6 weeks out for the crown, and the manager said no. They also told me they had payment options to help you pay for it and only offered me a credit card and tried to sell it to me. Would never recommend ANY ONE go here. If you do, research what you’re getting done because they might not tell you any information. My mouth is so sore and I’m taking ibuprofen and eating soup on day 2. They wouldn’t even have the decency of calling me back after I left a voicemail the day before. They also told me they would give my mom

From the moment I first called to get info, I was warmly greeted on the phone, and in person, by the receptionist. She was more than helpful and even noted that my birthday was the day before my appointment, and wished me a happy birthday when she called to confirm with me. I also like that they offered an affordable in house membership for services as I do not currently have dental insurance. My hygienist was very kind, gentle, and professional. I also felt very comfortable with the dentist and found him to be very knowledgeable and caring. I left feeling like I mattered as a patient and not like I was just another dollar sign, like I felt in the past when I was going to my previous dentist. I am looking forward to my next visit, which is a big deal because I generally hate seeing a dentist! Thank you for your exceptional care, Spring Dental!

They fit me in for same day for an emergency extraction. All of the staff were friendly, took the time to address all concerns and ask questions. I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists and have put off going for a long time. They made the whole experience as good as going to a dentist can be.

I have never bothered to review a business before now. These folks have repeatedly demonstrated exceptional service. The dentist is patient and friendly; he did a great job fixing my cavity. The staff, wow, these girls impressed me, knowledgeable and going out of their way to help. Lady that cleaned my teeth was the most gentle hygienist.

The dentist and staff were very caring and understanding. I loved every thing about my visit and loved that the dentist himself sat and explained everything to me about what’s needed with my dental care and payment options. Very knowledgeable staff and great dentist. Highly recommended this place!

I saw an add for spring dental that you could get a free check up and since I had just moved here, thought why not? Since my first appointment I have been back 3 times and I had a great experience each time! The staff is super friendly and kind! The office is really nice, I really enjoy this place. I highly recommend it!.
