Super Smiles | Family Dentist in Broken Arrow

My kids scream with joy every time we drive by the dentist office. They love going there. The staff is really good at dealing with children and I have always been very impressed with their organization. Great family dentist.

My little brother has gone twice in the past 3 three months. Both times we have had Donice and she has been so helpful. She is so sweet and good with kids. We had a minor issue with Dr. Hahn at our second visit.

Today was my daughters 6 month cleaning. They love going to the dentist not only because its their favorite place to go, but they also love coming to my work. The girls at the front desk welcomed with a greeting and a smile of course like all our patients. Nikki Sandra and Donice explain and treated us like a 5 star place just like we treat our patients. Although i work their and i have dental knowledge the girls still made my family feel important by explaining the importance of brushing and flossing. Dr Xumei is an awesome doctor she takes her time and make sure nothing gets missed.my girls love to see her, they being seing her since they were 1 and 3yr old now their 6 and 8 and still love her.My appointment was wonderful from the moment i walk in the office to the operatory and than to check out where Karrie and Sherri take the time to scheduled and ask how my appointment was. My daughters left with a smile on their face thanks to how they made them feel like family. Thank you ladies. You girls deserve a High 5🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🖐🖐🖐

Dr. Evans & Dr. Huang are awesome. My kids have been since they were younger, the staff is very friendly, nice. And a very clean place. I recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been getting my semi-yearly cleanings here for 5+ years now and I have had no problems with them, every time it was a quick and easy procedure. Recently I was told that I have deep groves in the molars and should have them filled to prevent captivates.. which was some what shocking to hear because they had never mentioned anything before. They scheduled me for 2 sessions to complete all 8 fillings.. The first appointment they filled 2 and the next appointment they are supposed to fill the rest, 6.. I am hesitating on rather or not I should go here again or look for another dentist and a second opinion.. After getting the 2 filled my face was numb for 8 hours and swollen for 3 & 1/2 whole days, also leaving my face with a large bruise on the lower part of my cheek. During the time of the injection of the shots I did notice that one hurt way more than the other... After my procedure was finished, the dentist that did the filling said that when she gave me the shot, the side of my face turned really red... So here I am 5 days later with a side of my face still sore wondering what exactly happened..

Hygienists talked more about her upcoming surgery & problems than my kid's mouth. The doctor spoke down to me, again, in front of my kids. She also claimed she was going to fill cavaties without numbing my kid's mouth. It's obvious they are just in it for the $$. We will be looking for another dentist.

After leaving Super Smiles I couldn't understand why there were not many negative reviews despite my own negative experience I had there. I posted a review and then today I got a letter from their attorney stating my negative review was slander per se and implying that if I didn't delete it they would pursue legal remedies against me. I won't be going back. The dentist said my son had multiple cavities and needed to be put under with anesthesia to get the work completed at a surgery center. I left and thought to myself you better get a second opinion. We went to Dr Owens in Broken Arrow for a second opinion. I am so grateful I listened to my intuition. According to Dr Owens we need far less work than Super Smiles recommended, he doesn't have to be put under anesthesia, and his recovery time should be far less painful.

Today it think they was way to busy to take the time to care. First they tried to put this mouth guard in my son's mouth that was no way going to fit. Watching them try this was the first red flag. Then they tried a smaller one that really didn't fit but they got it in . I told all three people I came in contact with that my son had been sick and all three said it would be fine.....well it wasn't. As I watched my son choking and them not doing anything about it I told them that he couldn't breathe and that they needed to stop. They then realized that he really could breathe and they stopped and tried something else. This was very hard to watch my son choking to the point it scared me. These people have clearly loss touch with their training. My son thought he was going to die. Now he is so freaked out that he doesn't want to go back. Then seeing how much of a hurry these people was in they just decided to cancel the other filling. But I had already paid for both. The lady at the desk would not refund my balance back to my card. Bot sure what happened today but these people really freaked my son out and myself aswell. They are very forceful and lack compassion. Not sure if I should turn these people in before they hurt someone's kid. Worst experience I have ever had.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I recently received a letter from their attorney threatening to sue me for slander if I don't remove this review. IT IS MY RIGHT, AND WHAT I POSTED IS 100% TRUE!! I took my 3 year old in to have them look at ONE cavity. I was told that he had a COUPLE cavities and would need to be put under at a surgical center to get a couple filings, maybe caps. Got to the surgical center, was told I couldn't go back with my son, I should have walked out right then. I was naive, I stayed. The dentist came out about an hour into the procedure to let me know that the decay was a little worse than he anticipated and my son might need a few caps rather than a couple. Another hour or so goes by, surgery is over, dentist comes out to let me know how it went. He told me several times to "brace yourself" because "he looks bad". In the end, my son has a cap on every single tooth in his mouth, and he pulled his two front bottom teeth. According to the dentist, by the time he drilled away all the decay, there wasn't enough tooth left to attach a cap to, so he just extracted them. My son woke up screaming bloody murder, his face was covered in blood, his entire face was swollen. He looked like he got beat up. Two of his caps have fallen off so far. I took a copy of his stays to another dentist who told me a completely different, less aggressive plan of action that could have and should have been taken. In the end, GET A SECOND OPINION.
