I had a really great experience with all the Berkshire Dental staff. My first appointment was a teeth cleaning appointment. They were very nice and very gentle. The Dr is super friendly. My appointment was at 1:50pm and they were running a little bit behind. Which wasn't a big deal at all. But they acknowledged they were behind and continuesly apologized for it. They are very precise about being on time and care about your needs. I definitely received the best Dental care today than I ever have anywhere else. I will definitely continue coming back. I would 100% recommend coming here hands down.

I was asked to put crown for the chipped tooth even I do not had any issue with this tooth. I proceed with the suggestion to put crown. Temporary crown was fine however once I have permanent crown I started having tooth sensation and do not have confidence on chewing with this tooth. Now the doctor is suggesting to do root canal. Look like they just want to get money. If I need to have root canal why I was not suggested to do in the beginning?

I had worked in dental field for many years but have been out of field for a while and have been ashamed that I had let my teeth go. I was embarrassed but Dr Sprague and his assistants and front office made me feel comfortable and not ashamed. The work done was terrific and I was never in pain. I thank all of the team for their kindness and professionalism and compassion and I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

Got a crown for chipped tooth but didn’t work good. Have sensitivity and biting issue. I donot have any biting and sensitivity issue before getting crown even with temporary crown Now recommended for root canal not sure f it is gonna work. If I had to have root canal why it was not recommended in the beginning?

Public be aware that they don’t care about to check whether insurance is in network or non-network even my daughter asked to check. Once they do dental work, if the payment is not paid fully by the insurance provider due to non network, Berkshire will ask us to pay the difference. According to them customer needs to make sure whether insurance provider is in non-network.

Charm was very charming and detailed in making sure my teeth were clean, but also suggested things that I needed done for better long term health of my teeth and gums.
