The staff seemed to really care about their patients (overheard a dentist telling a patient to call his cell if he needed, just to walk in and theyd get him in etc) and didnt try to pressure me with a choice right away, one way or another. Super kind and helpful and made sure I was aware of all risks before choosing a procedure

I will never go back here again. I really Wanted Invisalign, the lady helping me rushed through the scans and kept getting all worked up and messing up my scans. But eventually got it done and within 2-3 weeks got the call to come in and have the buttons put on and get my trays. Each appointment after no one ever really took a look at my mouth and just gave me new trays and i left . Which was fine my only concern was one tooth on the top wasn’t moving at all and my trays werent tracking along very well at all but they said after I finished My trays they would check it out and do refinements if necessary. So on my last tray I called To set up my last appointment to get my retainers and the lady on the phone kept asking who my doctor was... I explained it was a lady by the name of Amanda who I had Seen every time, i thought, she very rudely snapped at me and said no she wasnt and that it was a guy over my case and gave me the doctor who apparently was who I had Never ever met before. So i come in for my last appointment and explain I was Concerned about how loose a tooth was so the guy who apparently was over my case (who I never Have met ) and turns to ask another hygienist what to do and not only that he didn’t even look at my teeth to see the top tooth wasn’t moving ... this man who was supposedly a “doctor” had to ASK someone else what to do... she asked if he did my scans for my retainer and he said yes... I assumed They went off my last scan of my trays.... he sends me home and tells me I’ll come back in 4 weeks for my retainer and to keep wearing this set of trays. I come Back 4 weeks later to sit .... and sit.... and sit..... and finally am told THEY NEVER SENT IN MY SCANS.... because the DOCTOR over my case FORGOT...... so they re do a new one and tell me they will put a rush on it.... it’s been 5 weeks since that appointment leaving me in these old trays for a total of 10 weeks now. They are old, cracked , and chipped and with no retainer if this set breaks the ONLY option I have is to go back a tray which will un do what I spent weeks correcting .... I PAID out of pocket FOR MY TEETH TO BE FIXED and because of THEIR mistake my teeth don’t have a proper retainer to hold my teeth in place. I have Called and left messages to be told someone would call me back... no one calls back. My last appointment was July 9th and it’s now August 12 today. This place is not professional at all. And I have No control AT ALL over any of this. And i paid for this for them to not take my case seriously and “forget” to send my scans in.... I ended up having to call another place to see if they would get me in and help me in anyway at all. Called again to see what the status was and to date I have Yet to receive a call back. If u read this GO SOMEWHERE else. Regardless of how nice they may be they are a joke when it comes to a dentist office.

Haylie, Amanda,Sheryl & Wanetta were VERY sweet and took really good care of me not just my teeth but emotionally I couldn’t have done it without them!

Dr. Mirabal and his assistant were great. I had to have a root canal and I was very nervous as I’d never had one. They explained everything every step of the way and the experience was very professional and comfortable with no pain at all.
