My initial experience was awesome however on my most recent visit, 2nd time there was not has good. Office staff very nice and friendly but on this visit the dentist didnt complete the pain injections and it was more painful than the dentist. Also had to wait at Pharmacy for meds to be called in with pharmacy having to call office not once but twice. I was at office for long period so feel that should of been prevented. Still would recommend facility maybe it was an off day for clinic staff or dentist. Will continue to see

Staff is always very polite and prompt. My daughter is always given great care from these professionals. I recently brought my other kids in. They were so kind and made me and the kids feel at ease with everything they did to help. They even encouraged me to get my 17 mo old baby to get checked out today. They did a great job of making her comfortable with the process of dental care too:) I highly recommend this place.

I never thought I'd say this about a dental appointment, but I enjoyed my visit here today. Dr Venk was the best, explaining everything to me, making sure I understood all my options. After two months of pain from an infected tooth and being put off by other dentist a TV ad brought me to Drumright Dental. I was skeptical I could be helped because of underlying medical issues, but they stepped up and extracted the problematic tooth. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and Brooke the dental assistant that made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Fritz to a quick look and said there was no need to schedule a second visit, that she could help and not prolong pain any longer. Because of the severity of the broken tooth she thought the tooth might be more than a simple extraction.
They came in at that point to inform me of the cost for the procedure. No sticker shock! They explained all cost up front.
Dr. Fritz came in and started by numbing the area then probed and extracted the tooth. Within 10 minutes the procedure was finished. Brooke went over post care and in less than an hour the two month ordeal was rectified by this great staff.
The cherry on top of my visit was that the total cost was less than their original estimate. Drumright is now my "go to" dental care.
