Only giving stars because the dental hygienists are great! However, due to my last experience here I will not go back. I went in to get my wisdom tooth pulled. During the procedure I had no issues. However the Dr told me to just take Tylenol for pain. I was confused because I know for a procedure like this, it is standard to be prescribed something for pain. He assured me that Tylenol would do the job and if I decide I do need something to call tomorrow (Friday) and he can prescribe something. I trusted his knowledge, and went on my way.
A couple hours after returning home the pain really did hit, I couldn’t sleep well that night at all. It was so bad that I called the minute they opened that next morning. The woman I spoke to told me that the dr would not be in all day and she’s sorry I was told he would be. Since this was a Friday, I had to deal with the pain all weekend long as well. By Monday, I was fine and I didn’t feel I needed to call. I don’t understand why I was lied to. I think this dentist should understand that some patients might have a lower pain tolerance than others. And why would he tell me to call for him the next day when he wasn’t there?
Second, I received the bill for this and it seemed higher than it should be, especially since I paid my portion of the bill estimate the day of the procedure. The bill showed insurance deductions, so I called my insurance company to verify that it was correct. My insurance company had no record of any claims for the procedure. They gave me my member ID to be sure TLC had it correct. When I called back to verify they had a different number, and that is why my bill was incorrect. I am glad I didn’t trust them enough to just pay! Plus, how did the bill have insurance deductions if my insurance had no record of this? Seems sketchy.

Dr. Roberts filled my 7 year old son's first cavity today. He did an outstanding job at keeping him calm and relaxed! He was very gentle and thorough. He made it a point to explain to my son kind of what to expect before actually doing anything! He wasn't even bothered by the bathroom break midway through! It was a very pleasant experience for my son and I both and we are very pleased with Dr. Roberts!

Had sudden pain that hit 2 evenings ago during the Arctic/ice/snowmageddon of 2021. I do not have a regular dentist here in Enid and took a chance and called TLC, specifically because of their support of local charities like 4RKids. I do not have dental insurance, but they do offer a 20% discount for that. After trying to isolate the problem, Dr Roberts did a great job explaining what the problem was and how to fix it. I am not excited about the fix, but I am thankful that they were willing to get me in first thing this morning when I called and it will be fixed in a few days. Everyone was kind from the person answering the phone to the moment I walked out the door. Super friendly and fast service.

This place is outstanding. Dr. Lack is the best dentist hands down and his staff goes above and beyond. I brought all three kids (2,4,6) in for appointments along with myself and it went great. The staff was patient and new exactly how to handle my kids. This is the place to go for great service.

I wouldn’t book an appointment at any other Dental Office in the area. Why? The Dental staff is top notch and friendly, always making sure you are at ease, and they take care to explain procedures fully, and answer all questions. Arriving for an appointment resembles seeing a neighbor, and having a short chat.
