My Dentist

The customer service is great its just that I live so far away and this is going to be my 3rd time driving to get my bridge fitted right. And both times my temporary bridge broke on the first day eating soft foods. The second one broke almost completely off. Then on top of that I have to wait nearly a month every time with the new one to have put in. So with a little luck 3rd time is a charm. Seems like they would knock off a little bit on the price for all my innocence

They are very caring, the dentist who did my teeth she was very good.

Did not have to wait a long time for my son to be seen for his cleaning and x rays which was great. Only complaint they scheduled his 6 month appointment without checking with a parent to see what day and time is best for them. Now I am going to have to call because the time doesn’t work.

Ok so yesterday I received a call that they couldn't see my daughter on today the 9th. Because they had a conflict in contract with insurance. That's fine. 3 hours later they called back because it was resolved. So I informed her that my youngest was sick so I may have to reschedule. She stated that would be okay We'll today the 9th my daughter that has the appointment was sick. I called to let them know she wouldn't be there. She said okay I'll cancel it it but now you owe a $25 fee for canceling. I will not pay that and I will find another dentist for my kids

Every time we’ve been here we’ve had to wait at least 45 min past our appointment to be seen, tonight was no different. My daughter had an appointment at 3:30 we got there and checked in and shortly after they her called up to the desk and asked if she had a waiver from her OB to have a filling we said no we didn’t know we needed one they said it was because they have to give her a shot to numb the area. No problem I understand they called her OB and had them fax one over. We were told the dentist was in a procedure and they were running about 20 minutes behind. My daughter was called back to a room at 4 o’clock at 5:20 she came out to the waiting area where I was, I thought they were finished and thought it had taken a very long time I mean she was back there a hour and 20 min. My daughter then informed me that they had not even started yet and that someone had come in and numbed her and then they never came back. I was pretty upset and said something to the front desk I do have to say the front desk lady was very professional apologetic and nice. She went and checked and said that the dentist was still in that same procedure. I was very irritated that we had been there now two hours past our appointment and they haven’t even started! Why did they not come tell the front desk staff that they were running so far behind we would have rescheduled or left and come back in an hour and a half. We finally left after being there 2 1/2 hours when we got to the car my daughter told me that they had to re-numbed her they gave her a shot in one side of her mouth three times and the other side two?!?!? I was a little shocked and concerned about this considering they were worried about even giving her one shot without her OB’s approval now she’s had five shots total!?! My daughter said they had to keep giving her the shots because it kept wearing off between the time she was put back there and the doctor came to see her this is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous we will not ever be going back to this dentist ever and will be finding a new one ASAP

Both dentists we have seen have been great. Most of the other staff is friendly, however, the last hygienist my daughter saw was pushy and condescending. My daughter had health issues as a baby that caused teeth problems. She had one tooth that is discolored, which the dentist offered to fill. The hygienist spent the rest of the appt talking about scheduling the filling and how she "definitely needed to get that fixed." The tooth has never bothered my daughter, until now. She left feeling bad about herself because of all the comments they made. And when I tried to say something about it she quickly tried to explain that I misunderstood.

I am really surprised by the negative reviews since my experience has been nothing but amazing. This is my go-to orthodontist, and from day one, they are MUCH better than another orthodontist I had seen in town, which had told me there was nobody in town that was in my insurance providers network. When I first wanted to see them for ortho work, I called. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and said they would call my insurance provider to get everything set up, and that they were in fact in my insurance providers network. The other orthodontist wanted me to call my provider and get everything set up. Within a few hours, I was called back and told everything was set and I was scheduled an appointment in a couple of days. As many may know, getting in to see a doctor and/or dentist in Lawton within a couple of days is next to impossible. From here on out, my visits have been nothing but fantastic. I am greeted by name as I walk in and don't have to repeatedly fill out paperwork. The longest I've had to wait was about 10 minutes past my appointment time. Dr Copeland and her staff are absolutely amazing. Always friendly and helpful. They communicate throughout the office with headsets which keeps the lines of communication open while still being able to work. I have yet to experience anything bad, so I'm extremely happy with this location.

Very polite and fast working. Dr Angel was very comprehensive on the work I need done, and the assistant Teressa was great with my cleaning. Serena broke down my payments and dental insurance coverage wonderfully, and now I don't feel anxious about the payments! Thank you all for making my first visit spectacular!

Zero stars. Worst Dentist/Clinic ever. Total scam only goal is to charge you and your insurance as much as possible. Said my son had six cavities. His orthodontist and another independent Dentist both confirmed he had zero. Didn’t even have stains. Said I had two cavities and needed a root canal. Also got second opinion verified I did not need anything.

We went through a very hard time with our former dental insurance, and they were very helpful with calming me down, and helping us understand the process we have to go through to get their help! I will forever be thankful for what they have done and are doing for us. They even do in house financing!!! I love this, because we have been denied for any other financing.
