I will just say I will never go to My Dentist ever again. I had a horrible experience there. After insurance I still paid $1100 for an incomplete job resulting in a partially extracted tooth I currently still have in my mouth and never scheduled me for a follow up visit. Then billed me later for something they said was already covered. All go at your own risk. I hope your experience is better than mine.

I was so nervous going in as alot of people are the staff made me feel so calm and they were all so nice. You dont feel judged. They check up on you every couple minutes and let you know what's going on and all the good stuff. I would highly reccomend them!

I would give 5 stars for staff and male Dr. I saw, however the Dr. relocated and now I cannot seem to get a return call after several tries so 1 star for customer support/service.
Visited them the last week of March for 2 broken/infected teeth. As they were in different 'quadrants' I was told they could only do one or the other - so we went with extraction on the worse of the two. The staff was wonderful, the visit was quick, the procedure was actually painless (much to my surprise - I had never had a tooth pulled). Regrettably, the (male) Dr. who did my procedure relocated out of state the end of March and so was not taking follow-up appointments!
When checking out I was told Dr Langford would only work on my teeth if I had a cleaning; ok - they scheduled for JULY !! Are you kidding me? I am supposed to go 4 months with a broken infected tooth!? Deep breath! Why so long out? No hygienist ... "we will call to reschedule sooner when we get one in" ... what if I need to be seen sooner? Well, just call and we will see what we can do.
I called 3 time and had to leave messages with there service (I suppose that's what it is) and have yet to hear from them. I have used ginger root to reduce infection but am actively seeking a new dentist as this second broken tooth cannot wait. Very disappointing as the staff and assistant seemed very nice.

I gave them a chance and they failed. This is a revolving door dental office. I was promised to be seen in a timely manner, I waited over an hour from my appointment time to be seen by the doctor. I let her know I was not happy and I was just about to leave when she walked up. She numbed me and then left me hanging because I let her know I wasn't happy. I ended walking out (numb) without getting any work done. They gave me dirty glasses to put on my face and the light they use was dirty. They need to clean the place up and stop overbooking. I do not recommend My Dentist in Lawton, OK, as they do not keep their promises, the place needs cleaning, and they have no regard for your timeline.

I scheduled my appt. a month in advance the day of I walked in and they told me it was cancelled because I didn’t “confirm” my appt. turns out they were not even calling the right phone number which I obviously included in setting up my appointment. I missed work to make this appointment.

You get appts, you WAIT TOO LONG!! Just for cleaning 1-3 hours!! At times had wait for reception to come up front from 5-10mins!! I didn't like they only took person who had appt!! From the beginning to recent appt...My niece was very, very, nervous or afraid! Had to talk her up to IT..
It comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY, VERY LONG WAITS!! Couple of times they called bk someone else before Us!! There shouldn't be any excuse for THIS!! PLUS the LONG WAIT!!

Although the management changed awhile back, I thought it best to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now, I'm paying before the actual procedure is done, and I get the feeling the're always trying to up sell (add other procedures). I don't know if the dental hygienist get paid a commission for up selling or some other type credit for adding more procedures, but I thought my dental hygienist was upset that I didn't commit to any additional procedures. I get that impression, because she was rather rough while cleaning my teeth. Also, she seems to be rather distracted by what is going on in other areas of the office or with other patients while cleaning my teeth. Needless to say, she won't be attending to me anymore.

As a general rule l am terrified of Dentists. Several bad experiences as a child had left me fearful of going to one. But, necessity brought me to My Dentist. I was comefortable from the moment l got in the chair. Dr Copeland and her assistants treated me to my 1st painless dental session. l would gladly recommend My Dentist to anyone needing dental care. l get my dentures on the 11th of Jan. and l am seriously looking forward to that visit.

There's a reason why there is so many negative reviews. Do not go to this place for your children. I scheduled an appointment for my four year old and was told they could treat him. They rescheduled my first appointment last minute. When we finally got to our appointment they took my child in for the x rays and spent all of 2 minutes with him. To say he was uncooperative. He wasn't throwing a fit or acting up in any manner. He was shy and nervous so he wouldn't step on there x ray machine to take the x Ray. I could have understood if they spent 15 minutes to half an hour attempting to get him to take the x Ray but this wasn't the case they literally spent about 2 to 5 minutes and gave up. Then they informed me they didn't have the proper stuff to work on him. So frustrating if you would like to waste your time go here but if you want your child to actually get seen go somewhere else.

Earlier in the year I posted a good review because I was satisfied with the progress/outcome of services I was getting. Well all of that changed when my husband and I moved. With my husband being military we moved less than an hour away so I decided to continue getting my dental work done here. I went in one day and the assistant had to check my blood pressure but of course it was high due to the stress of the move but her reaction made it seem like I was about to have a heart attack right there on the spot and from that point on I have been struggling with having white coat syndrome due anxiety kicking in. Deciding to continue my dental work there for the invisalign treatment, a few days prior to my appointment they gave me a call and said that Dr. Langford whom I loved because she was easy to talk to and cared about her patients was no longer there anymore and the new dentist wasn’t qualified for those services. At this point they were supposed to find a new office for me and after a certain amount of time of waiting I took it upon myself to find a place that specializes in that area. They called and discussed my case with the new office and said my files along with the other stuff for my treatment would be transferred so I can continue everything. Well that was in September and here it is December and I still haven’t been able to continue anything because they have not completely transferred my records over. I’m not sure what the hold up is but some teeth have shifted and now I have to start all over again after being in these trays for over a year. I do not recommend them to anyone unless your satisfied with just settling with any kind of office. They never have a hygienist on hand In order to receive routine cleanings and every time I called it seemed like they had an attitude when I’m only trying to get the services that I paid for. DO NOT GO!!!!!
