The military left me with stitches in my tongue, (Drill) & left bone in my gums f/ wisdom teeth removal. Amongst other issues. I had a level 10 anxiety from it, and didn't go to a dentist for years. I explained my fears to them. This TEAM- from day one, has helped me overcome my anxiety! They went at a slow pace & did everything imaginable to make me comfortable. They provided a blanket, neck pillow, & dark glasses. A combination of also using my headphones to block the sound of the drill. They also walk me through the steps- so there's no surprises. When I forgot my headphones one visit, they went above & beyond to aquire me some. You will not find a nicer team than this one. Thank you guys for helping me overcome my fear. I'm grateful 🙏 Highly recommended.

I think this is the most pleasant dentist visit I’ve ever had. The staff here is tremendously kind, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Nels is wonderful. My initial visit to establish care was comprehensive, and each step of the way they explained what they were going to do before they started. I’d never had my gums measured before, which is something they did at my first visit. Dr Nels was very helpful in explaining my x-rays to me and potential areas for concern, which is also something previous dentists never took the time to explain to me. The hygienist also checked in frequently to ensure I wasn’t uncomfortable or in any pain. Though it was my first time there, I felt like I knew everybody already. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who is looking for a dentist.

An awesome dentistry! Took my mother here and immediately we felt welcomed. They remembered us despite not being here for years. We were offered water in the lobby, and inside, they offered my mom a blanket and pillow during her operation. She felt very comfortable and in good hands. Their dental hygienists are also very sociable and friendly. I would definitely recommend 👍

Dr. Nels and staff are AMAZING. So kind and really do their best to get to know their patients. They talk you through procedures and are willing to educate you vs just pushing through appointments. They talk to you about treatment plans and try to work with you and what works for your schedule/budget and your health. I have never had better dental care.

Every trip here for my toddler has gone so well. Everyone is very kind to interact with, and special care is taken with the little ones to give them a postive experience. My son has never been nervous to come and always leave with a smile on his face.

First time to the dentist in 2 years. Very relaxing atmosphere. Everything was explained ahead of time and personnel were very friendly and chatty. Overall an excellent experience

Update 9/22/22. Dr nels has seen me now for quite a while. I can happily report that I still think she is one of the best dentists in the city. Dr Nels office staff is friendly too!!

The whole family actually enjoys going to this dentist. She is kind, makes the experience as comfortable as possible. My four year old was offered a neck pillow and blanket at his apt today. The dental assistant went through each tool with him using kid terms to what would be done. She told him each step and the whole time praised him for being such a good helper to them. He was so relaxed getting the work done he never flinched. He had a cavity fixed and a cap put on a back 🦷𝓉𝑜𝑜𝓉𝒽. Left the office smiling, well as best as he could with his lip being a little numb. We have been home less than an hour and he is playing and laughing.

I got to sit with him the whole time. Another dentist wanted me to take him to the hospital and put him under for the same work. So glad I went for a second opinion here.

Front desk women is so pleasant to talk to and very informative.

Love Dr. Nels and her staff. I switched on a friend’s recommendation after going to the same dentist for over 25 years. Best thing I ever did. Everyone is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Dr. Nels helped come up with a plan to assess the needs that hadn’t been met previously. You won’t regret going to see them!

I found magnolia because of needing a new dentist and chose them based on their reviews. Everything was absolutely phenomenal and their reviews hold true! I haven't always had the best experience at the dentist but Dr. Nels, Jaden, and the rest of the staff were amazing and so friendly and thorough. I'm really happy to have found a dentist I can trust and have a pleasant experience at. Thank you everyone! :)
