First Impressions is awesome! They get you in and out quickly (but they are very thorough) and everyone is friendly and in a good mood. Dr. Yeary is great and Cassidy is a wonderful hygienist! I highly recommend this practice, they are the Chick-fil-a of the OKC dental scene!

Disappointed in the customer service... was charged 50 for a cancelation that I had no control over. I hear companies charging they fees and had never experienced it until now ... no warning or history of canceling appointments. Thank goodness their are other options near by that would appreciate my family's business.

This was my dental office for several years. My insurance switched from Delta Dental Premier to Delta Dental PPO. I go in for a cleaning and a root canal, imagining this is like any other visit. Then the bill comes: $1200+. No one in the office bothered to tell me my insurance was no longer in their network, thus I'm left with this bill. First impression - very good. Lasting impression - terrible. Will not be going back.
