Had a crown fall off they were able to get me in quickly and fix it. The dentist reassured me about why it came off, and gave me advise on how to fix it (grinding my teeth). Didn't try to talk me into lots of other stuff like some dentist do.

1. They sold me opalescence go whitening for 100.00 I wasn't aware it was available from several places online for $32 to 69.00 . So they took advantage of a good customer on a product. 2. I have had credit balance variation in amt up to 200.00 for over 2 years. They don't like to give those back and they allowed other adult members of my family to use my credits. They got a new system and my credits dissapeared. They won't issue them out because they want to wait on my double coverage insurance to pay out. Well with 7 people on my account and insurance always laging they have continued to hold the credits. Still awaiting the ledger on proof of all usages to my credits. 3. Three of us have had issues with fillings. Currently looking for another dentist.due to the issue 1 and 2 I mentioned. Those topped the cake this week.

My children have been patients of John and Matt for about 13 years. So when I was ready to accept at 34 I would be getting dentures. Dr. Matt was who I wanted to see. I didn't smile big and always covered my mouth when I spoke and did not dare breath in anyone's direction due to the smell. I went in having accepted loosing my teeth, to Dr. Matt saying he could save mine. Yup! No dentures for me. My bottom teeth were really bad and he was very upfront with he thought he could save them but I might loose the front four. Tiffany worked wonders with my insurance and I had to pay very little compared to what dentures would have cost me out of pocket. That was about two months ago and I have a great smile and all my teeth. Even by bottom four that were the worst. Dr. Matt was wonderful as always and his staff is just fabulous. I can't thank them enough for giving me back my smile.
