Dr. John Walker and his staff are amazing! The facility is very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk are courteous and very helpful in scheduling appointments that fit my schedule. I know that I can contact them at any time with any questions or concerns that I have. The hygienists and assistants are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dr. John Walker is awesome! Every one of my procedures have been done very well and are as painless as possible. He educates his patients about the procedures he is performing and genuinely cares about their health and comfort. I am always at ease knowing what procedure is being done and why. Dr. Walker even called me at the end of his day to see how I was doing after my implant procedure earlier in the day. I recommend Dr. Walker and his staff to all of my friends and family for their dental needs.

I mean no one really wants to go to the dentist especially if they need a lot of work done. I needed a lot of work and am still in the process of getting it all done but the staff at downtown family dentistry has been amazing everyone is really friendly and they make a point to get to know you. I see Dr. Matthew walker and he is amazing and takes great care of you and makes sure your comfortable. I'm super picky about dentists and so I will put if off tell I find one I really like and he has been so amazing he will be my only dentist from now on out!

Always friendly. And for only going twice a year their memory is spot on. Bird feeders outside the window and HGTV on the tube. Is this a dentist office or a mouth spa? 10/10 would go again.
