I had surgery today to take out a bridge MY DENTIST was wonderful along with the dentist, assistant, named Casey, Bailey and Carlene were the kindest I could ever ask for. I have never liked the dentist before and I can now say I have found a dentist and a entire staff that is amazing! They are compassionate, easy going and all around everything one may look for when having to go in for work on your mouth! Everything from cavities , periodontal cleanings, impressions to even the billing department this is the place you want to be. I may be a difficult patient while being under twilight sleep but they handled it with grace 🙌. They got a five star from me!!!

I’ll be leaving Smile Arts after today’s visit after being a customer for 8 years. I showed up 3 minutes late to my appointment today with my son and was greeted with a decision that they could see my son, but not me. After asking for a reconsideration, I was promptly met with the unprofessional response that “I could leave now if I’d like.” Reluctantly, I stayed to complete my son’s appointment and did not reschedule.
My review is not to excuse my tardiness, however customer service is about being reasonable. Not once did they try to keep me as a customer, offer to reschedule, or communicate the reason for the lack of flexibility, or make amends for their unprofessional approach in front of my son.
I wouldn’t wish that discomfort on any parent or person.

I actually enjoy 'going to the dentist ' at this place! I've used both locations and have never had anything but top notch experiences! The dentists are awesome as well as hygienists and staff! Highly recommend them!

I recently had a tooth extraction. The dental assistant, Jessica, was the nicest and most pleasurable I have ever dealt with. She explained everything very thoroughly and put the needs of me...first! Very professional and humorous. She is the big reason I would refer anyone to this dental office.
Major kudos to Dr. Nguyen. Since pulling my tooth. I've had almost no mouth pain...even from the extraction! I don't know how he did it....but I'm very pleased. I'm looking forward to my future appointments!

I took my elderly mother for her first visit back in September and was very satisfied. However, they told me they would work on a plan and would get back with me. After three weeks I had to call them to get the plan and even then it took over a week to receive the plan and then get an appointment made.
Her second appointment was today and I was really frustrated. My mother is in a wheelchair and they were able to work with her on her first appointment, but today they had me try to get her chair in a room that there was no way her chair would fit in. Then they put her in a different room and asked if I could put her in the dentist chair. They were aware from the first visit that she is paralyzed and must remain in the wheelchair. At that point, they refused to do any of the work that was planned and suggested that I take my mom to a dentist that specializes people with special needs. THERE WAS A REASON WHY I ASKED IF YOU COULD ACCOMMODATE SOMEONE IN A WHEELCHAIR TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!

First time ever being there and it was wonderful. The staff listen and answered all my questions and they didn't act up tight or anything. They are down to earth and I recommend this dentist!
