If I could give it 10 stars I would and that’s not exaggerating at all. I was in today and spent a good three hours getting my teeth fixed from all the years of chewing. Leading up to this appointment I was excited but also apprehensive as well. I had my front 6 teeth fixed that were pretty bad and black at the base of the roots. I literally spent the past 5 years trying to avoid smiling. Well since I’ve left this appointment I haven’t stopped smiling and looking at my teeth in the mirror and smiling at myself! They look absolutely amazing!!! I’m forever grateful for this amazing staff at giving me a new lease on life. Dr Del Valle was amazing with her creative work to re build my teeth and Nicole was amazing in cleaning up my teeth weeks before. Never, have I ever felt so comfortable in a dentist office and I look forward to my return visit. They’re Amazing and might I say funny as well. The staff made my stay there a pleasure. Definitely a moment I will never forget and I regret not giving them hugs before I left because what they did literally meant the world to me. Thank you to you and your staff for being so gentle with me. I was told my gums would hurt for a few days but I’m honestly experiencing very little pain at all. I would definitely recommend this place to others people.

Great staff who will make you feel comfortable and welcome. Had an emergency abscess on a tooth that no one else in town was able to perform on in a reasonable time frame. They originally had a packed schedule but when Dr. Del Valle heard of my issue their team promptly called me back for an evaluation and scheduled me later in the day to fix my tooth problem I’d been procrastinating on far too long. Would 10/10 recommend this team to any of my family or friends.

Dr. Del Valle and staff were patient and kind with my 2 year old. They even sang itsy bitsy spider while they checked her mouth. It was her first appointment, and all of it was new to her. She was upset, but they continued to be patient.
Office staff let her feed the fish and keep her busy while I got an X-ray done.
I needed a deep cleaning during a separate appointment, and the staff was very kind again. My hygienist was consistently checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable.
The atmosphere is very chill and calm. Really cool fish as well as good coffee options.
I’m glad I made the switch to this office!

I had really bad toothache a month ago. Dr Mercedes identified the cause of the pain very accurate and helped me fix it! They also did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth and filling! One of the best dentist I would recommend in Eugene.

Mercedes and her staff are excellent and it shows in the care and services they provide! My son had a bump on his gum and was complaining of pain. I reached out to Mercedes at 6:30 am and she had him in by 8 am to take a look at it. If you’re looking for a small and personal dental office, this is the one for you!

Dr. Del Valle is super nice and funny, and does great work. You can tell that she really cares about her patients, and will not try to charge more than she believes they need. The wait isn't long either, so I was able to get appointments within 2 weeks. She has saved my teeth, and I can't thank her and her staff enough!

Dr. Del Valle and her staff gave me a same day crown about 5 years ago and it has been trouble ever since. While I was there they treated me like I was being difficult if I said I was feeling pain or discomfort and they were dishonest about how long the procedure would take. The crown is way too big compared to the rest of my teeth, it doesn't go up to my gum line like it's supposed to, and there are gaps between the crown and my tooth so food gets stuck there. Since it's too big it grinds food down into the tooth below it and now that tooth is having trouble. I'm stuck with this poorly done crown and dental anxiety.

My appointments were fine. My problem with them is the office staff. They do not tell you that you will be charged for rescheduling appointments or missing appointments. When I rescheduled an appointment I was not told about their policy at that time. Also I missed an appointment with them I was not told about their policy at that time. I just received a bill much later. They're not very honest and up front. I told them I would not be going back and for some reason they still felt the need to mail a letter saying they can't help me anymore and where to send my dental records. Apparently they really need to get the last word in so they feel like they didn't get dumped lol. Like someone trying to fire you after you've already quit.
