I’ve been going to Cornell Dental for a few years now and I’ve never had a better experience at a dentist before. Dr Adam’s is the best! And the best team of people work there. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist office that actually cares and will take good care of your teeth!

I have been with this dentist office for about 10 years and I have stayed a loyal customer because the dentist and all of the hygienists are AWESOME!!! I just had two cavities replaced from when I was a kid and I told the dentist I don’t know why when I was a kid this was a horrific experience and during my visit I almost fell asleep because I was so comfy and they made sure I had the proper amount of the numbing shot and always checked in with me. Even the cleanings that I get every 6 months is surprisingly a pleasant experience😊 selfishly I don’t want to share my experiences😆 but I know a lot of people have anxiety when going to the dentist and for those folks this is a great place to try out, they are great at listening to and addressing your concerns.

This place changed hands a couple years ago and it has gone down hill badly. Recently I came in to get a couple fillings done. They did not schedule the full appointment so now I have to come back to do the other ones. They change appointments with short notice. There have been a couple unfriendly hygienists. Overall a bad experience and me and my family will be finding somewhere that actually cares about the customer.

UPDATE: They cancelled my appointment they made to finish the job they didn't schedule the first time (see below) and then after they cancelled it they were all out of the office due to illness. They tried to reschedule with me via text but it wasn't for another 3 weeks. They said they would call but no one has called to reschedule me or to respond to this review as they said they would. (End of update)

We are really pleased with this dental office. Everyone has been very professional & friendly! Things are explained well & then you're sent home with a treatment plan & expected cost. This makes it so easy to refer back to & keep track when you're having major work done. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with this dentist, which is a shame because they were so professional at one time.
They have rescheduled my appointment 2 times for a simple cleaning…pushed back a couple of months…then I show up on the day that they confirmed my appointment the day before, and there’s nobody here.
I’m waiting a half hour since my 8:30 am appointment, and there’s no one here.
Also, business hours are from 8:30 to 5:00…and there’s no one here and no one to call. I cannot get a human.
I have no confidence in this dentist anymore. Such a shame. I was so happy with them.
I can’t imagine if I had a dental emergency and have to leave voice mails and emails.
Update….
Dr. Adams and Lindsay, the officer manager, reached out to me to express how sorry they were. And I was able to reschedule in two days. So everything is good, and I appreciate that they called me.

I am absolutely terrified of dentists and conditions of the teeth and I had not re-established with a dentist since moving back to the area. I let a cavity get out of hand and ended up cracking my tooth on a popcorn seed. In a panic and fearful of how bad my condition might be, I called Cornell Dental's office, and the receptionist was very thoughtful, explained the approach the dentists would take, and really put me at ease. When I came for my appointment that same day to examine my tooth the staff and doctor where very understanding of my fears. Everything was explained very well, and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable about the treatment plan. I really can not say enough good things about my experience with this clinic! Thank you guys! I really don't think all of you understand how appreciative I am of the service I got from your clinic today.

Cornell Dental was amazing! I was recommended them after moving to the area. I scheduled my appointment and was able to get in quickly. The lady who did my cleaning was so nice and gentle and we had some good conversation. They did a thorough job. I highly recommend Cornell Dental!
