Cornell Dental

I have been a patient at Cornell Dental for many years. I thought Dr Adams was friendly and that much had stayed the same after Dr Kovanda left. I was in the office to get some fillings and Dr Adams seemed to be in a hurry, starting to work on me before his assistant was there. Halfway into the drilling, he slipped and put his still moving drill into my cheek, cutting me. Even being numbed up I could feel the pain. He said “oops, sorry. Might have to put stitches in that.” After he finished, I had to remind him of the cut and he said “oh yeah I forgot”. Put in the stitches and that was it. No offer for Advil, antibiotic or anything else! Then I get to front and pay $400. I’m 46 years old, I have never had anything like that happen before, nor has anyone I know. I can see having a bad day but then to not even offer anything! I was in pain for almost 2 weeks, couldn’t even sleep on that side of my face and had a bloody mess in my mouth for most of that time. I came back to the office to get the stitches removed and to talk to the doctor, he didn’t even have the courtesy of coming to talk to me. I will not be returning here since I don’t matter.

I needed an appointment for a massive toothache that was infected. He got me in quickly, took care of my bad tooth and another! I always hated my front teeth and now they look amazing!!! Dr. Kovanda went above and beyond and I am so happy!! A friend referred me to him and I will tell everyone how impressed I was!

I had a crown and 2 fillings done on Feb. 23 . The doctor and hygienist were both very thorough . Unfortunately the temporary crown broke and needed to be replaced and the office was able to schedule me to come in on Friday Feb 25 . The hygienist did a great job . I look forward to getting the permanent crown Mar.10.

Dr Kovanda and his staff have always been a pleasure to interact with. They are always professional and willing to answer all of your questions. For making appointments, they schedule for times that work for you. I have been a patient of theirs for year's and would recommend Dr Kovanda to anyone seeking dental work.

Cornell Dental has a very competent and friendly staff, from the front desk personnel to the assistants and hygienists. Dr. Adams is a welcome addition to the office, and I look forward to having him as my dentist.

I have implants, he has helped me a great deal!! The staff is very courteous in every way! I love coming here as well as my entire family, if your looking for a very good caring Doctor this is the place you need to go. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Kovanda and his entire staff are a prime example of top notch professionalism and customer service! I have had everything from routine cleaning to root canal and have received excellent care each time! They have been very flexible with my work schedule and even sent me a card in regards to a family emergency they were made aware of. Great people, great atmosphere and an overall great experience every time I am there, I would recommend this office to any and all.

The staff all around we so kind. It was fast, and simple to be seen. There was no hassle. I only excepted to have a consultation but Dr Kovanda was able to take out one of my bothersome wisdom teeth.

We're so happy we decided to give Cornell Dental a try. Dr. Kovanda is super and has taken such good care of our family. The hygienists and office staff are always so nice as well.
