The doctors and staff at East Wind are very friendly and professional. The staff helped accomodate the appointments as per my preference and schedule whenever possible. Dr. Dhadli is quite knowledgeable and I'm happy with the treatment he provided. Dr. Ostovar is extremely polite and friendly and was very helpful post treatment in receiving my phone calls and relying to any questions or concerns over the text.

The Dr.O / Dr.Ostovar is really awesome and preventative. he and his staff are very caring and look forward to following up with me to provide me the best possible care for me. I am very grateful to have Dr. Ostovar as my dentist. Definitely recommended Dr. Ostovar and the team at East Wind Dental Care to anyone looking for a caring home dental care.

The East Wind Dental Care Dentists in Hillsboro (hillsboro pediatric) are amazing! they are the best hillsboro pediatric! we tried another hillsboro pediatric dentist last month and my son felt very uncomfortable with them. Now I share with you our experience with East Wind dental care regarding our son: The dentist and staff explained to my son each step that was going to happen, which made him feel comfortable. He especially liked when they explained carefully to him when he would lose his baby teeth. He felt a part of the conversation. the numbing part before tooth extraction was very comfortable and my son did not feel anything, and He doesn't mind having to go back, which is really incredible. If you are looking for a hillsboro pediatric dentist, me and my wife highly recommend this hillsboro pediatric clinic to everyone!

I was referred to this place by one of my colleagues. I am glad I visited this place. Dr O (that is what he is called in short) and his staff are awesome at their work. Dr O was very patient in assessing my situation and suggested multiple options for both short term and long term treatment plans. He is very knowledgeable and can quickly identify the problem. He will just say what is good for you and doesn’t force you into picking up a treatment plan. Will definitely recommend him to others

Dr. Merat Ostovar is fantastic. He caught several dental problems that my last dentist never mentioned to me, and fixed them all with outstanding competence and attention to detail. He is very open to questions, and takes the time to answer everything I ask. His assistant, Jean, is very friendly, and anticipates Dr. Ostavar's needs during a procedure long before he even asks--kinda like Radar O'Reilly with Colonel Potter on M*A*S*H. They have a fantastic and cordial working relationship. The receptionist, Heather, always greets me with a smile, and seems to care as much about my office visits being a pleasant experience as Dr. Ostavar and Jean do. I highly recommend this practice.

I always feel like I have a million problems and they addressed every one with a smile, plus some preventative care/advice to help ensure my smile last longer. The staff is extremely friendly and never made me feel like I was a pain despite all my questions, and scheduling follow up appointments was really easy. Would definitely recommend 😁

I was referred to this clinic by my insurance, and was really excited because it was within walking distance from my home, and I was so impressed with all the great reviews. Now I have to question whether or not the good reviews are from actual patients, or from the staff and friends of the owner.
When I was referred, I had an emergency where the loss of one of my front teeth could happen at any time without fast repair, and a young male dental assistant took me to a room, and within the first 30 seconds told me they were going to do everything BUT fix that tooth, and when I explained that the previous dentist I had seen at Soft Touch dental, had done 3 root canals, only taking 15 minutes from start to finish, and that all of those teeth had failed as well, he said, "are you in the dental profession"? This young man looked like he was barely out of dental school, and I am a senior citizen. I told him I had a root canal on a moler 21 years ago, it took 2 hours, never got a crown because I lost my insurance, and It was still intact in my mouth today. It's my mouth, so I think I would know better than this jerk how my teeth were doing. He had not even looked at my mouth yet!
I told him I thought he should learn how to talk to new patients, and show some respect for his elders. I got up out of the chair, took my paperwork and clipboard back to the receptionist who was on the phone with a personal phone call, and walked out the door. Moments later the dentist followed me into the parking lot, told me he had already had other complaints about that assistant, and almost begged me to come back iinside, and that he would have another assistant work with us. As badly as my tooth needed repair, I told him I was too upset, and would need to reschedule.
When I called back a couple days later, he refused to see me, and told my insurance not to refer me there again.
I don't know about you, but I HATE being lied to, or people playing games at my expense.
Even though this doctor knew I was having job interviews, that I needed to save this tooth for my appearance in front of employers, he did not care, obviously. I guess perhaps having a dental office right next door to a liquor store could be to blame, but I doubt it. It could be considered an omen, however. In my opinion this is just another small, poorly ran office, with a dentist who shows no compassion, or intention of resolving issues that his own staff created. I'm sure now in retrospect, tho ONLY REASON this "dentist" wanted me to come back inside the day of my first visit, was so he could charge the insurance for that appointment. This man told me I would always be welcome to return, admitted his employee was out of line and had also had previous complaints, and then apparently changed his tune when I decided to reschedule. He also told me it was my insurance that would not let me return, and my insurance says it is him refusing to see me. Who would You believe? My insurance couldn't care less who I see.
If this guy did something wrong, would he lie then as well?!
Just my thoughts, You'll need to decide from here.

I travel an hour each time to see Dr. O. I just had a routine cleaning done today, and as usual, was impressed by Dr. O's work. Months of grad school, late nights, and excess coffee have made my teeth very yellow. I walked out with shiny pearly whites (without whitening). Dr. O is incredible! Even his assistants are kind and patient. I have been to my fair share of dentists(had root canal, crown, braces, etc.), and I have to say Dr. O is by far my favorite. I have the kind of teeth that rot if you neglect them even a little. I thought they were finally doing a little better. Then I met Dr. O. Well, turns out, I was suffering some major gingivitis and he deeply cleaned my teeth in the span of two appointments. Dr. O makes sure you know you're in charge and won't push to make you uncomfortable. Take my advice and bear through it and you will come out with smooth, glossy, clean teeth. Of course, I'm sure if your gums are healthy, it won't be as uncomfortable. He excels in patient education and is extremely knowledgeable. He makes sure you know what's going on in your mouth and what you need to do to upkeep your teeth. I learned I was basically cleaning my teeth incorrectly for years. Are you doing your teeth cleaning right?

I had a very nice experience at East Wind Dental Care. Hands down the best dental experience I ever had. They are genuinely wonderful people, extremely caring, professional and knowledgeable. I felt so welcomed as a new patient. I highly recommend East Wind Dental Care.

Previously I have gone to 2 hospital dentists. East wind dental care is a friendly place in comparison. Dr.O takes his time, he is thorough, informational about my teeth, he is friendly and professional as well. The staff is also friendly and willing to help answer any of the questions i have had. Since switching to this office I am very satisfied!
