Best dentist in hood river by a long shot!! I am so relieved to find a dentist here in town that takes the time to really get to know their patient and their concerns. Dr. Prates was kind, a great listener and explained everything very clearly. At the dentist I used to visit in town, everything felt very rushed. Even “gimicky” from a sales perspective. Not the case here at all. I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next visit. Connie and Carol were so helpful as well as Diana and Kim at the front desk. A dream team!
The entire office felt very safe during the pandemic as well. They really have it together! Thanks Heights Family Dental team!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and professional with checking me in and setting up further appointments as well, doing everything they can to work around me already crazy schedule.
