Great experience from start to finish! Front office was was helpful in checking out my new insurance and informative about what I could expect with my first visit. The assistant Cheri and Dr. Brodie were both very gentle and very thorough with my initial exam. Besides the professional side of things, everyone was super personable and made me feel at ease. I've been going to Brodie Dental for about 5 years now. I always walk out with my mouth feeling fresh & clean, and feeling like they really care about my health. CV-19 protocols are in place, distancing, mask wearing. Staff is super helpful and if there is ever an insurance issue, they jump in when I say "help!"
