In a professIon that specializes in improving smiles, it's nice to be greeted by a dentist with a warm smile. I went to Dr. Mortenson for a chipped tooth that had been bothering me while visiting from out of town. Though giving them short notice, his office was able to squeeze me in on the day that I was hoping to get in. He was very thorough with a very congenial approach. I'm planning on future visits to Dr. Mortenson when I'm in town.

Hidden fees every time I have gone to this dentist I have Blue Cross insurance and my most recent issue is now I am being charged more for every teeth cleaning that my insurance is supposed to cover because one time I had a deep cleaning done on one tooth and now Mortenson family dentistry tells me that I fall in to a different teeth cleaning bracket and it cost more and my insurance doesn’t cover it. The time before that they asked if I wanted fluoride I said yes they did not tell me that my insurance didn’t cover it and I got another surprise bill in the mail so make sure you ask for everything specifically because they will not tell you and they will hide their extra fees.
