Premier Care Dental - Klamath Falls

Excellent, professional staff and dentist. Great dental saving plan too. Had several teeth fixed this year and am very happy. Dr. Singer is great.

The dentist and his assistant I met were very condescending. I will be finding another practice. With that being said, the front desk staff has always been great!

Dr. Singer and staff are great! I just had 2 implants done and didn’t feel a thing. Laughed through most of it because the tools are so cool. Funniest is the little tiny torque wrench. After the Novocain wore off, still no pain. Dr. Singer told me it wouldn’t hurt and that was the truth! My thanks to all of you!

My partner and I are very seriously considering never coming to this clinic again. The front desk personnel is absolutely fantastic which, unfortunately, does nothing to make up for the poor actions of their coworkers. So to start, as a Mexican and Native American woman, when I am holding my extremely fair skinned baby who took after her father in coloring, I find it extremely inappropriate and distasteful to not only invite yourself to touch my baby’s hand, but to comment “Her white skin is so beautiful!” (This was from an older female tech with a long ponytail.) That is never appropriate to touch someone’s baby’s hand uninvited, and whether or not it was her intention, her comment came across as racist. My baby’s father was extremely unhappy for both counts. And while I was informing the tech who took my xrays what I wanted for my dental care, I don’t appreciate being discussed by her and the dentist as though I weren’t there and in a tone reserved for an especially slow child. Being discussed as though I weren’t there is unacceptable. And when informing the dentist that I didn’t want to go to a specific orthodontist for a consultation because of the wait (6 months last time) I don’t appreciate being told in a condescending manner “It just means he’s good at what he does”. Bravo, good for him! It does nothing for the fact that I am in pain now! I simply want the work done because my mouth hurts. I am not a moron. And that was how I was spoken to and treated. I have a suggestion for future customer care, which is to follow through with training on how to treat paying patients as adults with some modicum of sense and to keep your hands and skin color comments to yourself!

I came in to discuss and get clear on the steps, timetable and costs regarding getting an upper denture vs a partial. I was there for over an hour and at no time did I feel hurried. I really got they were willing to take as much time as necessary, to answer all of my questions, knowing that I was going to be taking the information that they gave me, to the competition, for a comparison. Because of this, I was able to make an informed decision as to, for me, was the best place to go to have the.procedure done.

We waited a month for a new patient appointment according to my Preferred Provider Network . The day prior we were contacted to confirm our appointment. I specifically asked about our insurance covering the procedures we were scheduled for and any out of pocket expenses I may be liable for. Was informed they would check insurance and get back to me. I was contacted and informed it would be 100% covered. We arrived and after completing xrays and in the chair waiting for cleanings was informed that within 30 days our insurance company would no longer be accepted. My complaint and the low score is not based on the services provided. I found the person who took xrays and cleaned my husbands teeth was very professional. In fact she is the one who asked me if we knew about the insurance change. Once I found this out I cancelled the cleaning for myself and cancelled the entire appointment for my grandson. My sole complaint is that we should of been informed about the insurance change prior to being seen. Then I should of been given the option to continue with the appointment or cancelling. Obviously I want to remain in my preferred provider network to reduce my cost. I was assured that once I find another dentist they will gladly forward all xrays and file notes to new dentist. I now have the privilege of researching for another dentist in our network, checking reviews and probably waiting another month for another appointment.

I lost a filling from that was a temporary from a Dentist in California. I called Premier Care Dental in Klamath Falls and they got me in within 2 hours between other patients. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. My wife and I now have a new Dentist with Premier Care Dental. Thank You Guys.
