Everyone in the office is very professional, caring and friendly. Dr. Brown is very compassionate and knowledgeable. All my dental procedures are always explained and pain free! Highly recommend Shasta Family Dental.

Dentist has minimal bed side manners. If your teeth dont perfectly fall out themselves she wants to refer you out. Has little to no patience for children needing dental work seems like either. For these reasons I would give no stars if it would let me. Will not darken the doors of shasta family dental again!!!

I have followed Dr. Brown everywhere she has worked here in town since I was 18yo. I wouldn't trust anyone else w/ my dental needs! She explains treatment and ideas with you as if you were family. She genuinely cares about what you need done and is very straight forward. Both hygienist are very honest, gentle and have great personalities who also put patients needs first. Shasta Family Dental is known for giving back to the community which I absolutely love! I would 100 times recommend this dental clinic!

I was very impressed with with the professional and friendly manner of Dr. Brown and all of the staff at Shasta Family Dental. Dr. Brown provided a thorough exam at my first visit and explained the plan of care I needed as well as the rationale for that plan. The treatment she provided was gentle and thoughtful. The entire staff clearly made an effort to keep their patients as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I highly recommend Shasta Family Dental!

They wouldn't service me as a type 1 diabetic. The did however process me as an intake and take my money before telling me this. Huge fail.
