Excellent service, the two times we've been here the experience was the same.... excellent, friendly helpful staff, no waiting at all!!! , great dentist and assistants are excellent as well as the office staff! I was wary of Advantage dental at first, after seeing bend dental associates for years and years, but I am pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend them.

I came in for my first exam and had a great experience. Hannah was caring and asked if I was OK throughout the appointment. Dr. Wasserman was very nice. She asked if I had any concerns and really listened. Everyone is amazing. I would recommend them.

I'm totally satisfied with the Advantage Dental located in La Pine. The new dentist is amazing! The staff is very friendly and professional. The hygienist is charming and very gentle . As a retired dental assistant I know what to watch for and I can tell you that you'll be in good hands at the La Pine office!

This dental office is a Joke!! They never answer the phone and when they do you get mediocre service. My son has waited 3 months for an appointment to be called and told that the doctor didn't show up and so they booked him an appointment for another 3 months out! I have sat on hold for literally an hour before I was sent to voicemail and told someone would call me back within 24 hours. Since I work right across the street, I drove to the office to find that the office was closed early. If your office is closed why wouldn't you put a message stating that you are closed instead of making someone wait on hold for over an hour? And if you are booking appointments 6 months out, how is there time to even close the office at 2:30 on a Tuesday? Sadly we are limited to 2 dental offices here in La Pine and this is one of them. Save yourself the headache and call La Pine Dental.

The dental clinic in La Pine has gone progressively downhill since its entire staff walked out last year.good luck getting a appointment in a timely matter, and the accounts payable department is a nightmare to work with. I would have given this office 5 stars when I first started going friendly staff (loved Jen the hygienist) ,reasonable rates, efficient. But now none of the above stands true. Would not recommend

Amazing experience especially during these trying times. Was able to get my husband in for an emergency and my daughter also. The ladies were kind and very helpful. The dentist is amazing according to my husband and he didn't feel a thing. Will definitely be our family's dental place now.

All the new staff are wonderful! The office manager, the dentist and hygienists are the most caring, professional and friendly I have ever encountered. Pain free care too! And that is a huge bonus for me!!! I highly recommend Advantage Dental 😃

Honestly if I could rate 0 stars I would! Every time I make an appointment they call and cancel it due to not having a dentist in the office. What’s the point in having a clinic there if they never have a dentist available?!? Literally been going on for a couple years. Been trying to have them fix a cavity for about 3 years and nothing ever gets done! Made an emergency visit for today since I got my wisdom teeth removed almost two weeks ago and been having issues, got told it was going to be at the clinic in bend, showed up and they told me it was in lapine. Extremely frustrated with advantage dental.
