It's like coming to visit friends. I had some traumatic dental work from previous dentists, but these folks are AMAZING. Even with my horror stories and anxieties I can honestly say never once have they caused me any pain. I never thought I'd hear myself say this, but I love going to see the dentist!

I really enjoy how Dr. Kirkpatrick always calls after a visit to see how the recovery after a dental procedure is going. My family enjoys going to the dentist all because of how they are treated there and really enjoy their goodie bags. Keep up the amazing customer service!!! 😁

Dr Adam is an amzing dentist. Dr adam and his staff are extremely caring and sensative and were very efficient with their work. I felt comfortable in the office the whole time I was there. They took care of all my needs and were friendly the whole time. And to top it off he gives the most painless shots I have ever had. I will be going back for sure.

WORST customer service ever. Called to schedule my husband an emergency appointment. Was told that due to COVID they are only seeing emergency cases which is understandable. I explained that my husband's tooth completely broke off and he is in pain and may have exposed nerve and is having trouble eating. They told me they would run it by Dr. Adam and call me back. Then they called me back (phone call #2) and told me I had to text them photos of my husbands mouth to verify it's an emergency ??? Sent them the photos and they didn't call me back until the next day. (Phone call #3) This time it was a different girl but she had no notes of any of my 2 previous calls and asked me all the same info the first girl already did. Such lack of communication and professionalism. Then she told me they needed to verify that it was an emergency...isn't that what the photos were for?? So here I am 3 phone calls later, 4 photos sent via text, 2 separate receptionists and still no answer to whether or not I can schedule. Meanwhile my husband is in pain. She told me she was going to have to call me back again....4 calls is ridiculous. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere because they did not seem very efficient and they didn't seem like they cared that my husband was in pain and can't eat....

My daughter needed one baby tooth plus 4 permanent teeth extracted for orthodontics. I asked about some kind of sedation or
medication to help her, as well as help me, deal with the procedure. Dr. Kirkpatrick didn't hesitate to offer her some medication she took 30 minutes prior to her appointment. The extractions were done and she was home sleeping on the couch in no time. She was back to normal that night and has no negative memory of the event. A bad experience could have prohibited her from seeking dental care as an adult, but that will definitely not be the case with her! Everyone at his office are very caring and nice. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Always so friendly and kind. They greet you by name when you walk in the door. Whenever I go in for fillings or when I had my wisdom teeth pulled, they send me home with a little goodie bag like most dentists do (toothbrush, floss, ect) but they also include a little thing of soup, a spoon, a napkin and a mint. It's a small thing, but it's just a hint of the personal touch they put into their service that I really appreciate. They seem to genuinely care about people. Very professional, but not the cold business vibe you get and most doctor/dentist offices. Would recommend to anyone. :)
