Gentle Dental Lebanon

My husband was seen for tooth pain that he has been dealing with for a couple days. He comes home still in pain because the dentist took a x-ray of the bottom teeth and told him she didn't see anything wrong and that it is from grinding his teeth. His pain is on the top she didn't even take a x-ray of the correct area and told him that if he finds the tooth with the problem to come back. Is that not her job!!!

By far the worst dentist in the area. They finally told me they don't do tooth extractions after 2 cleanings and a gum exam. I was scheduled (or so I thought) for an extraction and when I got there they said it was a "deep cleaning" I went in for a couple fillings and an extraction. It was a clerical error. What type of dentist doesn't do an extraction? Do yourself a favor and find a local family owned office.

The worst office to work with. Staff members are very rude and they don’t take the time on their patients. My daughters cleaning was 7 minutes total.

The first time I was there with three kids, they took my four year old into his own room and I was left with my three year old and 1 year old in a room by ourselves waiting for my three year old to be seen for about 40 minutes. No one came in to check on us and it was terrible to try and keep two toddlers from messing with their equipment in the room. I finally left and told them that we couldn't wait any longer. My oldest was finished by that time so we just left without my second child being seen.

The second time I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned and I brought my 2 week old baby in her car seat. I had brought my baby before to a different office and she just slept in her seat the whole time. They wouldn't let her back with me though so I had to cancel that appointment too. I honestly don't want to go back anymore.

These people are the kindest sweetest people ever I have been to a few dentists in my life time and these people I trust. At the end of appointments, they will give you coins so you can use the little vending machine thingy and...... I now have 5 bouncy balls.
Overall a great place I truly recommend it

My family loves this office. Wonderful staff, amazing dentist. Always willing to go the extra mile for their patients.

I've been coming here for a few years now and they've always done good work. I had 8 cavities a year ago and now I have none. I initially had fears about the dentist, but I don't fear the dentist anymore after working with them. I even had a root canal and everything and they gave me wonderful treatment.

My only negative is that wait times are extreme. You have to schedule about 4 months out. Maybe with the clinic move that will improve.

Not sure what's up with the 1 star reviews. Most of them are riddled with typos... I think that says a lot about their trustworthiness.

First time at Gentle Dental in Lebanon, Oregon and couldn't be happier. I was greeted with friendly faces in a timely manner. Was taken back within minutes and with another friendly face peering down at me, my x-rays were done. To top it all off Dr. C promptly came to see me. He was very nice and professional. My whole visit was 45 minutes. Great job Gentle Dental!!!

I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. The front desk was rude and tried claiming my insurance wouldn't cover it and that my name wasn't on file. Once that was fixed I went to the back, which the hygienist was very short and rude but I figured she was having an off day. Then she said "You need to start brushing your teeth." I realize dentists know when you don't but I do once, if not twice a day.

Anyways they took pictures of my teeth and the dentist came in and said "You may have a possible cavity." Me not understanding how it's a possible and not a definite answer I asked what they meant. They claimed it could become one. I asked the dentist what she recommended to avoid it, she then told me "I have other patients talk to her." And walked away.

Now today I have called several times to only get voicemail to request a visit since a small filling has fallen out from years ago. Finally someone called me back to then say they are booked till December and I'd have to wait till the new dentist started who's only available 1 day a week starting September. Needless to say I accepted an appointment and hope this one is better than the last.

They have helped us many times for "emergencies" for my kids on short notice. I say it in quotes because we don't actually know how bad until they get us in. They also squeezed in after we messed up on the time of our appointment and showed up a half hour late. Sure, nobodies perfect, but they've been accommodating and helpful when we've needed them.
