UPDATE: Just had my one year xray/exam with my new provider since this crown and found that there is in fact still decay under the crown that was never truly fixed. Now I have to pay for a new crown a year later. I would seriously rethink going to this provider and am grateful I left when I did.

I do not recommend this location to anyone. I received service they claimed to be necessary but could not provide the proper documentation to my insurance. I got stuck with the entire bill for my crown. Even after their Office Manager apologized and said they would have it taken care of in email. It was a lot of money out of pocket. They only participated in one appeal where they sent the exact same documentation to my insurance instead of the information necessary to prove the claim.

I work for a good company with good benefits and we also have employee advocates that fight for us. They too have been involved to work with my insurance to be sure it was in fact the dental office and not my insurance. I would never trust this company again and feel necessary to inform any other hard working person of the same risk. They will remind you that you signed the paper saying you're responsible for "what the insurance won't pay" and your bill informs you they only bill your insurance as a "courtesy". Good luck.

Sharelle has provided us outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond her duties by getting our FSA denial figured out. She was on the phone for over 30 minutes with the insurance company trying to help us. We have been working on this for months and she offered to call them for us. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable when we come into the office. I really appreciate the extra effort and amazing customer service she always provides for your office.

I've got some bad teeth and they didn't make me feel bad about it. Got me in for an emergency extraction and I didn't feel a thing. Great staff great environment I will be returning to this place from now on.

I called for an emergency appointment and they asked what insurance I had. I said what I had over the phone twice to make sure they took it, the lady said yes. I got there, told the lady the insurance I had, and she said they took it. 20 minutes of paperwork later, she says they can't see me because they don't take my insurance. I was told twice over the phone that they took it, and then, when I got there and asked if they took it, they said yes - then they said no. I left work to go there and get seen, only to waste 20 minutes on paperwork to be told what they should have said over the phone the first time. The front desk is incompetent to say the least.

Great office staff and hygienist however Dr. Burch failed to see an infection and failed root canal on many x-ray’ over a 2 year span of time, even after a visit to a periodontist who said the x ray showed infection and a failed root canal. Proceeded to install a new crown for 999.00 on the infected tooth. Afterwards Pain persists so I got a second opinion which indicate the X-rays show an infection in old root canal. I had to pay 4,000 to an Endodontist to drill through the new crown treat the infection and treat the tooth next to it for infection.

Now I need another crown for the newly root canalled tooth. Geez! Don’t plan to return here.

Crater Lake Dental has great and professional services. They have friendly staff. I have always been very pleased with their services. Thanks for all that you do in caring for my family and myself dental needs.

Just want to thank Dr Nguyen and staff for doing a wonderful job; I had to have every tooth capped! You all are absolutely wonderful. I can be proud To smile once again. I strongly recommend Dr Nguyen and staff to take care of any of your. Dental needs. They really care about their patients and do great work!😁👍😁

I am incredibly grateful to Katie and Annie for their quintessential professionalism, empathy, and compassion. I experience panic attacks occasionally and had one on my first visit to the office for a simple cleaning. They adjusted my visit to go entirely with what I was able to tolerate. Annie's 20 years of experience with people like me showed as she gave me time and space to regain my composure. Although I was unable to sit for a cleaning, I was able to do other things. Katie gently walked me through the x-ray process, explaining every step to ensure I felt in control. The dentist, Victoria, also adjusted her approach and technique so that I was relaxed while she checked my teeth.

When I left the office, I felt understood and accepted by the staff. Their sign says, "We cater to cowards"...in my case that was absolutely true! I'm so glad I chose this office, I won't go anywhere else!

Crater Lake Dental did a remarkable job! They got me in quickly, all of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, Dr. Nguyen did a fantastic job explaining my options and listened to what I wanted to do. I highly recommend their dental office.
