What a fantastic Medical/Dental experience. I have some Dental Anxiety and the building, art work, people and flow greatly helped to relax me. Regina was my first point of contact and was relaxed and friendly. When I went back to the treatment room Heather the hygienist was gentle, accurate and very professional. Dr Erickson provided great oral images and offered detailed explanations of my current dental health. I appreciated that all the staff treated me like a person and not a commodity. Alissa assisted Dr. Erickson and she was extremely sharp. The following day there was a cancellation and I did not see the text so Mikensey called me and I was able to come in in less than an hour.
The procedure was a filling and Dr. Erickson provided gentle local anesthesia and I did not feel any discomfort from the shots. That was a first. Kim assisted and was engaging, professional, authentic and kind. I would rate this Dental practice and staff in the top one tenth of 1 percent of my best business experiences ever!! Thank you.

Dr Erickson and his staff are the incarnation of patient-centered care. Doc came in on his day off to clean my teeth rather than reschedule my cleaning. During the visit he reviewed my dental issues in depth and with a breadth and depth of content I have never experienced in a general dentistry practice.
I have found the highest quality dental home with a team of kind and caring professionals. You simply will not find better dental care. Don't miss out!!!

I had a bit of an accident/urgent situation happen after hours last week, I called first thing Friday morning & Rhonda answered. She promptly got me on the schedule for that afternoon & was so sympathetic & assuring! I went to my appointment where I met dental assistant Megan & Dr. Suing. My experience with these two ladies was beyond exceptional. I had hurt my front teeth & starting with an xray Megan set me up to hold the sensor to avoid biting down uncomfortably, something little that I've never had to appreciate before. Dr. Suing came in & they both were so very kind & compassionate about what I had going on. I needed to get numb & in this tender, painful area I can honestly say I did not feel a thing! These two worked amazing together & made me feel completely comfortable. They worked me into there schedule on a Friday afternoon to help me before the weekend. They gave me a mirror & would not let me leave that office with out feeling 100% sure that I liked the outcome! My accident was a bit traumatic for me, but these ladies turned all that around. I recommend Dr. Suing for all your dental needs!

Summit Family Dental is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to, I refuse to see anyone else. They are kind and patient and truly do their best to not only work around your schedule, but also make you feel like family when you come in. No one is ever having a bad day there and it almost seems impossible to! Plus the atmosphere is so bright, positive, and relaxing, it’s hard to feel anything but calm there. Summit also makes sure your comfortable with whatever they’re doing. They don’t push things on you or tell you how it has to be. They take time to go through options and give you full choice of how you want things done. A great place full of great people! If you are a person who is afraid of the dentist, try Summit out. I promise they will change your mind completely!

Summit Family Dental Care has worked with me on scheduling and my plan for care. Dr. Erickson pulled one of my wisdom teeth, and I think we all know the scariest part are the shots. He was extremely gentle and had the experience to have a trick to take ease the worst of the shots. The kindness of the staff and the expertise of their dentists make this office one of the easiest visits I’ve had in some time.

Very efficient and cheerful staff welcome you as you walk in. No waiting. Concern is expressed for your comfort before, during and after the procedures. Great explanations of why, when etc.. I've had crowns placed in the upper front. You cannot tell the difference between the crowns and my natural teeth. I would strongly recommend this practice

Summit Dental Care provided a state of the art experience while replacing a broken crown . Dr Erickson and his staff prepared my tooth and built the new crown in one appointment. This dental group is amazing!

Dr. Suing and the dental technicians do such a wonderful job. My experience overall has been very positive. Mickensey in the office was so helpful when I needed paperwork for my insurance. She gathered up records going back a few years for me and my family and had it waiting at the front desk. Very helpful staff. I highly recommend the Summit Dental team.

The whole family has been going here for the past two years, everyone is exceptionally friendly making the experience stress free. Very professional staff who takes the extra time to make you feel welcome. Even had a previous dentist (not from Summit) tell me I needed work done, needless to say it never happened and after going to Summit realized they weren't telling the whole truth.
