My dentist retired so I was on the hunt for a new one. Dr. Erickson and his staff are amazing. I believe my first cleaning I had the hygienist heather (sorry if not true). I had Sambra assisting today. I hate the dentist!! Due to previous bad experiences my anxiety hits the roof. Both Dr. Erickson and his staff create a relaxing and warm environment, just real down to earth people. As I continue to have future visits I’m sure my anxiety level will decrease and won’t bring headphones to have dental work 😂. Highly recommend you will leave the office drooling 🤤 literally!! (No pun intended, had dental work and was numb 😊

After switching jobs and insurances, I was on the hunt for a new dentist within my network. I had been perusing Yelp, and came across Summit Family Dental. I was able to book a new patient exam for my husband and myself within the same month! My experience was fantastic!
A representative called a few times after my initial phone inquiry with multiple appt options and verification that I'll be able to make my set appointment with the proper paperwork filled out and ready upon arrival. I was told in advance that the staff will have had a meeting that day right before my scheduled appt time. They set the expectation which was most appreciated.
After their staff meeting, the receptionist came and got my paperwork, not long after she looked over the documentation I was greeted by Ashley, RDH. She was quick to get started! She was most pleasant and explained the new patient process seamlessly. She was incredibly genuine and did everything with a smile! I was impressed at how thorough her cleaning had been!
Dr. Erickson came in about half way through our cleaning process. He was kind and full of laughs! I felt welcomed and he truly took the time to listen to my concerns. He gave me options and educated me on the pros/cons of silver fillings (of which I have many). Turns out, I needed a crown on one of these silver filled teeth. My cleaning was continued and finished promptly.
They asked if I could stay longer to fit me with a temporary! Never have I previously been offered the option to stay over my scheduled appointment to start on a new task with my previous dentist! 5/5 stars. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Thank you Ashley and Dr. Erickson for surpassing my expectations. I look forward to coming back.

Sometimes everything clicks and demands a note of thanks. Never have I experienced a dental procedure that seemed orchestrated. The assistant was extremely proactive and the Dr did the procedures without skipping a beat. What a team!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I dont like going to the dentist but this place has changed my mind right off the bat the place is very clean and sharp looking. But thumbs up for the excellent job by Heather she made me feel comfortable and wasn't stabing my gums when getting my teeth cleaned thankyou. And also Dr. Patricia Suing was awesome great personality and I could really tell she cares about her patients she made sure to eliminate any issues I was having with my tooth pain and also made my bite better so just wanted to say thankyou keep up the excellent work.
