Gentle Dental Oregon City

Came here after having a horrible dentist experience the prior day. I was extremely stressed and anxious. Dr. Young and his team took a LOT more care and took their time. They weren't overbooked and rushing me. They used a vest while doing X-rays. They took into consideration my gagging. DR young took the time and showed me my X-rays explained what was needed. He didn't judge me when I wanted to just pull the tooth. He didn't even bring up puting me on anesthesia. He gave me a prescription for a benzo and it got me right through the appointment!! Can't wait to have cleanings and get my teeth back to a good place!

I had a horrible experience here and I will never go back. The experience is in the way they treat there people. You really don't want to go here. The dentist was fine, the staff rate less than one. I was told my co-pay was $38.00. Than after the surgery, gee they forgot something and than it was $81.00. Than I received another bill for $51.00. So I called them but no one answered even thought they had over 5 staff members when I was in there.
So I left a message. After three day and NO CALL Back I went in
there and asked about the bill and again they forgot something. THE MONEY was not the issue. I like for people to be honest with me and tell me what I owe. I will never go back. To many other good dentist out there that will be up front with you and not FIND EXTRA charges to bill you for.

Took my money, told me everything was going to be fine then sent me to another dentist to start all over again with fresh xrays and consultation. DID NOTHING FOR ME BUT SEND ME HOME WITH PILLS AND LIES!!!!

I am a huge fan of Gentle Dental. From the incredibly helpful and friendly ladies at the front desk, to Dr. Young fixing my obnoxious teeth issues, to Dr. Reese for making my smile even more beautiful with braces and I cannot forget their assistants that are on point as well. I never thought it would be possible to have all my teeth problems fixed, but after Dr. Young directed me to Delta Dental and the amazing savings I am on my way to a smile I can be proud of and healthier teeth also! Even before the insurance, I would have been able to do it with their prices being VERY reasonable and they even offer payments. I was so thankful I saw their sign and took a chance. They are making this lady's dream come true and doing it with warmth and happiness. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful group of people! They always go above and beyond for an excellent dental experience. Thank You!!

Who ever enjoys going to a dentist?! For first time in my 61 years, I can honestly say my wife and I truly appreciate and (almost!)enjoy going to this practice! And we've both had some major work done. My wife is petrified of dentists but they made her feel at ease. Their compassion, efficiency, and followup were refreshing. The entire staff, from doctor on down, were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Even the wallet felt comfortable. And, bottom line, my mouth and teeth are in great shape. It makes it easier and less fearful making trips to the dentist. Highly recommend this friendly and knowledgeable place!! Gentle dental is an appropriate name!!

Dr. Young is awesome! I enjoy going here, the staff is super nice, and I hate going to doctors offices. This dental office always make me feel super comfortable and never make me stressed out. If you have a question, they answer it nicely, no matter how silly it is!

Really great people and really friendly. From the people at the front counter to the dentist and the assistants. Everyone here is really awesome.
I would recommend this office to anyone. I went in with a bad tooth that needed to be pulled. The counter people got me right in, the assistants took x rays and Dr Young confirmed that it needed to go.
They were short staffed and still took care of me in a timely manner and saved me money.
This is my new dentist office.

Dr. Young and staff are super cool. Way above and beyond...they genuinely care about helping you. Very compassionate. Cares about getting things done quickly to get you out of pain. Very understanding about anxiety issues. 4 of my family members go to him and there is a reason why. Oh, and no making you feel like a creep because you dont brush and floss regularly. No shaming, just help. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this location for an emergency procedure. I went there, in extreme pain, at the scheduled time, but due to a scheduling error I was not on the schedule for that day and time, but the office manager and dentist took me anyway and performed the procedure. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly, very helpful, very caring. Doctor Young was very helpful, he made sure I was very numb, told me everything he was doing, and the procedure was quick and painful. I would like to thank the doctor and staff at this location for their great service!

I absolutely love my Hygienist and Dentsist. The Manager Samantha and the staff greet each patient with a smile, while always making sure that I leave understanding whatever future treatment that I might have and going over all financials before hand.. I look forward to my next dental visit and I trust that I will receive the best care during each and every visit at the Oregon City office!!...
