Emergency Dentist of Portland, Gresham, Happy Valley, Milwaukie

I've been seeing Drs John and Tae Lee for years. Initially, it was just convenience since I lived in the area. My career eventually took me out of Powellhurst, but I kept Rose City as my dental office.

Both doctors are very good at explaining exactly what they are doing and why and also in providing options and leaving decisions on treatment to the patient. I've never felt pressured to have work done and they've always been very patient with my questions and realistic about the long term outcomes.

During a period when I was uninsured, they worked with me for reasonable payment options so I could get the dental care I needed.

In addition, the office staff and hygienists are always super friendly and helpful as well and flexible with scheduling. Great customer service.

I now drive about 45 minutes into Portland whenever I have a dentist appointment and intend to keep Rose City as my dental office. 10/10

Dr. John and his team are top notch. They are very helpful in answering questions, and they provide a comprehensive plan to maintain your teeth healthy. The hygienists I've been treated by, Leslie an Oksana, are very friendly and very thorough in their care. I definitely recommend this dental clinic.

Dr. Lee worked me in for an emergency on a Saturday afternoon,and has been our regular dentist ever since. He's kind, patient, thorough, caring, skilled, professional. I actually look forward to going to the dentist just to interact with him and his staff.

This place was wonderful! Affordable even without insurance. Very friendly atmosphere, clean facility, nice employees. Convenient appointment times. You get an i pad while your waiting. Dental hygienist was very gentle. I really appreciated the explanation of things going on with my teeth. It was explained so that I could easily understand. I also appreciated the timely manor in which I was ale to get my appointment done. Thank you to all the staff there. You guys are awesome!!

Wow! How refreshing to find a place that treats you like family. Wendy is a lovely caring woman, Susan is very informative and thoughtful and Dr. Lee truly cares about his patients during and after care. He even remembered the problem I was having well after my appt and asked how I was doing! This office is efficient, clean and I recommend it to everyone considering this place. TEN STARS!!

I wouldn't suggest going any where else. The dentist Dr. Lee is my hero. Also all of the staff is friendly. I went in scared of the dentists, but not any more. He is such a talented and amazing soul. Extremely skilled and understanding. He's like a friend right from the beginning you know you will be okay because he is there to save the day.

Somewhere underneath that white coat of his, Dr. Lee has a super - hero cape, I'm sure of it! When I first walked in the door, the receptionists said hello to me by name ( incredible how great that can make you feel). They even asked about my new nephew who had been born during the previous appointment (even remembering HIS name!)

My root canal was done in three stages so that I could pay in three segments without a penalty. That was a blessing! Even still, I've had segmented root canals before on teeth that were better off than this one, but this experience was faster and the least painful of my others.

After the final process, Dr. Lee told me he had encountered some expected problems inside and had to do extra work. He walked me through the process so I knew what had been done. I really liked that.

Of course, the extra work meant more expensive, and I braced myself for the new figure. Not to worry, he said, he Never asks a patient to pay more than he originally quoted them.

WAIT...WHAT?!?!?!?
Yeah, He sticks to the price he quotes you and absorbs the rest. Now that's honor rarely seen any more.

So they knew my name,
Remembered my nephew and his name
Gave me the fastest and least painful root canal
Didn't charge me more when they could have.

Is there an award I can nominate this guy for?

We found Rose City Dental for an emergency visit on Saturday. I called many other dentists and none were as responsive, available or helpful as Rose City Dental. We got an appointment immediately and were seen moments after arrival. Dr Lee was patient and comforting to my four year old son who needed stitches. The office was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient in getting us in and on our way. Thank you so much! We highly recommend Drs Lee and Rose City Dental.

I have been going to Rose City for over 10 years and I highly recommend them! The Lee brothers always do an amazing job! I felt very comfortable from the first time I came in since the staff are so friendly and understanding. Thanks to Rose City my teeth are always feeling and looking great!

Great place for those without insurance. The staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable. Being open on Saturday for an emergency tooth extraction was a bonus.
