I just started going to Rose City Dental, but so far it has been a great experience. I was a new patient and in an emergency situation and they scheduled me for the day after I called. Many other dental places had new patients booked months out. The longest I have ever sat in the waiting room was maybe five minutes. He was very gentle, even working around a cold sore, trying his best not to touch it. He also checked in often, making sure everything was pain free and going well for me as a patient. It was very comforting and there was no pain! It was good, and I look forward to having him as a dentist!

I have been seeing Dr. John Lee for probably nine years now and I'm always impressed with his knowledge, speed, painlessness and superior workmanship. Whenever I have had an emergency, he has been able to see me right away and help solve my pain problems. His prices are fair and the office is willing to work with you on payments when necessary. All of his staff are nice, experienced and competent. Besides being a good dentist, Dr. John is kind and calm and takes the time to make sure I'm okay, every step of the way. Although, I live farther away now, I have no problem traveling to his office because I know the result will be worth it.

Dr. John Lee has been my dentist since I was 10 years old. He is an amazing dentist. His technique is immaculate. His work is flawless. I've never experienced any pain during any of my visits. He treats his patients like family. I highly recommend Dr. Lee because he does his work right the first time.

I have been going to Rose City Dental for about 8 years and in my opinion I feel that they are the best. From the moment that I arrive to the front desk I am always greeted with a warm reception. I have had numerous procedures done from cavity fills, root canals, extractions, crowns and an implant and I have to say I have never been unhappy with the care that I have received. I can’t express how grateful I am to Dr. Tae and Dr. John for giving me back a confident smile. You truly do not need to look any further.

I called Rose City Dental with a time-sensitive dental problem. My insurance was going to run out soon and I needed a checkup. They fit me in almost immediately. When we discovered I needed treatment, they worked on me that day. They even stayed 2 hours late! Then they fit me in several times over the next week, accommodating my schedule. They did all of this for me just because I was a patient who needed help. It was remarkable.

Dr. Lee’s work is noticeably better than work I have had done previously. Part of what he did for me was fix something that another dentist had done poorly many years ago. Dr. Lee spotted the problems with the past work immediately. He put on new crowns and the difference is amazing. Now I know how a crown should fit. Weird but true. He also noticed that I had some weird shading on one of my teeth. I have had this shading for as long as I can remember; apparently it is a consequence of having a very high fever as a child. Anyhow, it bothered me for a long time but I didn’t think there was anything to do about it (whitening didn’t work). To the contrary, it turns out it was both fast and affordable to fix. Dr. Lee asked me if I would like it fixed and, when I said yes, handled it in minutes. I could not believe it. After many years and many dentists leading me to believe it couldn’t be helped, it was fixed.

Finally, everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful. They were so patient with me when my insurance delayed covering their portion. And, in case there wasn’t enough already, when it turned out that I had paid more than my portion of the bill, Rose City called me to ask me where to send the check for the difference. I was pleasantly surprised and so happy that they went out of their way to make sure not only that I would be paid but also that the check would come straight to me.

Rose City Dental and Dr. John Lee extended themselves so much for me and I am very grateful.

Dr. Lee was wonderful. He was informative, friendly, and honestly the best Dentist I’ve ever seen. I had to get a root canal done, and he told me that my case could be tricky. And I might have to see a specialist. He was able to do it, but told me beforehand that if we start the procedure and it’s something that needs a specialist to look at, that he wouldn’t charge me for any of it and see it as a courtesy, because he believes it’s the right thing to do. I’ve found my new dentist. Looking through the reviews on google, I see A LOT of 5-star reviews, and they aren’t even suggesting that we leave good reviews, they are just a very very good place to go. Thank you Dr Lee for a great experience.

Current patient of the Lee brothers. The staff is great, the doctors actually care about you and are honest. The staff and doctors make you feel very comfortable. This is the only office i will ever go to. If you are scared of the dental chair, ask for Dr. Tae. He makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything hes going to perform. I recommend him to all of my friends and family who are afraid of needles. So far they've had good experiences and is no longer scared of the dental office. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!

Rose City Dental is the place you want to be! The care you get is great, they don't miss a thing. The work I have gotten done here was good, I never had a thing to complain about, from simple cleanings to cavities. I can tell they truly want to do the best they can.The people working here are so friendly! I've been going here for many many years and the relations formed here are wonderful.

The service was superb! Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The front office folks were very professional and sweet. The dental hygienist was great as well. Super easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. The dentist, Dr. Lee, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He has a great relationship with the office staff and was joking around with them the whole time I was there.

One small recommendation is to say your names when you pick up the phone. Other than that, this office is perfect! :)

Dr. Lee runs a tight shop and he's a great guy. Admittedly, I am not a dentist, but the work Dr. Lee has done on my mouth seems to be holding up great. The staff at Rose City Dental has always been pleasant and professional. I've only had fillings done at Rose City but each time it has been quick and painless.

Exceptional things to note: I chipped one of my teeth/fillings recently and Dr. Lee fixed it for free. The last time I was in to get some fillings, there was a big snow/ice storm, and my car was essentially stuck in the parking lot. Not only did Dr. Lee let me park my car at his office until I could come retrieve it, but he personally GAVE ME A RIDE HOME! If that isn't service, I don't know what is.
