I was so disappointed. Every moment of my visit made me feel like they were after more money. They took more x-rays and photos then I've ever had. Dr. Anderson recommended that all my prior fillings be removed and replaced or crowns. I truly felt grateful to get out with my purse still in hand. I'm sure my insurance won't cover what's already been done.
That being said, he and his staff were very nice.

The good: clean, efficient, well run, state of the art tech, friendly staff.
The bad: I was told a cleaning would cost $35. A month later I get a bill for $160. Their response is that my insurance didn't pay for as much as they expected them to pay. End result: I'm on the hook for an inaccurate estimate.
If you can tolerate astronomical surprise bills this place is for you. If I had all the money in the world I would keep going, but I can't afford to be liable for my provider's woefully inaccurate estimates.
Edit: Dr. Anderson called me to discuss my experience. He explained that he chooses not to contract with insurance companies so that he is free to provide the care he feels appropriate rather than being bound to the care level dictated by insurance plans. I understand this position but I feel it's in his client's best interest to know just how big of a billing fluctuation is possible with this arrangement.
Dr. Anderson was open to my feedback and seemed eager correct any loss of trust. I appreciate the difficult position he is in as a provider. I'm also impressed with his rapid and humble response.
The fact still remains that estimates have the potential to be wildly different from the final billed amount, but Dr. Anderson's response made me feel confident he has the best interest of his patients at heart.

I highly recommend this dentist! First of all, I was impressed with the way they answered the phone, I felt welcomed even before I came in. They were right on schedule and took me back right away, zero wait! Then, I had a LOT of questions and concerns (mainly for the dental assistant...sorry), they answered everything and even went above and beyond while explaining my x-rays. I have never had anyone take the time to do that. The dental hygienist was amazing and gave me great tips on what to do to keep my teeth in excellent shape. Lastly, they wrote me a wonderful note to thank me for choosing them! I have few things to have fixed, which I will be making an appointment soon. Thanks again to the entire team!

My tooth broke in half; and my regular dentist wouldn't be able to see me for at least four days. There was no way I could wait that long with the pain I was experiencing. Fortunately, Nathan Anderson and his staff were able to get me in same-day. Both the staff and Mr. Anderson were very friendly. Best part... I didn't feel anything during my surgery! Nothing, notta, zip. Oh what a relief it was! Top notch !

Over the last 5 years I have always had good experiences with my denntal care at this office. They also invest in their equipment, allowing same day crowns.

I have had on ongoing problem for over nine months with a aching tooth. I felt like Dr. Anderson was very professional in his diagnoses and will fix the problem. He took a lot of time explaining everything. He has updated tools to help him make the right decisions.
His office is beautiful, staff is warm and caring.

Dr Anderson and his team have completely changed my perception of what a dental appointment is supposed to be. They are the gold standard of low stress, low pain, and high quality. For over 10 years my previous dentists mentioned my teeth grinding, Dr Anderson did something about it. The symptoms from what I now know is TMJ are all gone. The night guard they created for me has removed my morning jaw soreness and headaches. It's amazing what can happen when you find a dental office that actually cares about your overall well being.
