Dr. Naylor is the best ever. He doesn’t ridicule you if you haven’t been for awhile and helps ease your fear as well. The whole staff is friendly. When walking into the office, it doesn’t feel like a regular dentist. It’s cozy and love the decor. I’ll never go to any other dentist. Thanks a bunch.

Hillary at the front was super friendly. Made the scary trip to the dentist a little less intimidating.
The woman who took my xrays (I forgot her name) was very proficient and thankfully fairly quick about it.
The dentist himself was young, but nice enough. Made sure I knew my options. He wasn't afraid to refer me out to someone when he was uncomfortable/unsure about a procedure.
The only problem I had was not with their practice but the parking lot. There's quiet a steep entrance/exit and a very small maneuvering space.

I'm so happy with the service from the warm welcome on arrival to the detail care plan for future services. Dr. Ben Naylor was very gentle and took the time to discuss the details of his exam after my cleaning with Jamie Christianson. I look forward to my next visit.

I really like Mountain Stream Dental! It's a very friendly office and always professionally run. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful and the office itself is super comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this practice as your dental home.

Doctor Naylor's staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Both my wife and I use this office for our dental needs and haven't had a single issue. Dr. Naylor himself is patient, ethical, and well- educated. I would recommend him to anyone with any dental needs. Friendly staff. Through out my stay they kept pointing out things I needed done. At the end they pulled me to the front for my “next steps plan”. I was presented with a break down of everything they wanted to do and not to worry they could fit me in next day, I just had to pay $1,300 upfront, out of pocket. That’s with insurance and they don’t have any type of payment plan or billing system. Apparently you have to be rich to get your teeth done here. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

I had been searching for a dentist office to help me with a problem tooth.

This tooth had come extremely loose in my mouth and much as I tried I couldn't get it to come out.

It was very painful and had become infected. It had gotten to the point that I could no longer chew food.

I do not have dental insurance. I can't afford that. But I needed help.

No one would help me.
Not even those that claim to be the ones to help those in need.

Then until I found myself awake in the very early hours of the morning a couple of days ago, when an advertisement popped up on my phone, just out of the blue.

I was drawn to it and began to read about this office, the services, the staff and I even read the reviews.

I filled out the next section asking for name, phone, etc and next was a place to comment.

I poured out my story to them and my plight to find someone to help me get this demon tooth out of my mouth.

They called me the next day and invited me in the following day, to be checked and talk it over.

I was so excited that they heard me, they saw me and they didn't just push me aside like everyone else had done.

I was so touched with the compassion, the acceptance and warmth they presented the moment I walked in the door.
It just felt good already.

Every individual in the place showed interest in my need and what they could do to relieve my burden from me.

They talked with me and made me feel important and that they cared.. about me.

They talked me all the way through every step.
They explained everything they were doing and made me feel safe and comfortable and confident to leave myself in their willing hands.

I was truly blessed to be lead to Mountain Stream Dental Office.

Dr Naylor was very skilled at what he was doing and when he was done, I was still waiting!

That was a first for me.
He was very gentle and took care of my need, all the while explaining what he was doing and comforting me all the while.

I don't know how a staff like Mountain Stream Dental all came together to be in this one place, but each and every individual was full of concern for my need and compassion for me as a person.

They went the extra 100 miles to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed.

I've never had such a great experience going to a dentist office, until this day.

It will be 'the one' that will live throughout my memory.
I will be grateful to every person at Mountain Stream Dental for showing me that there really are people who care.
People who will step up and show such kindness to another person in need.

Would I recommend Mountain Stream Dental to others?
Absolutely! Without any hesitation! All day! Every day!

So glad I found this dentist office. GREAT experiences - this should be my 4th review! Excellent care, feel very informed, and very fortunate to have this dentist and his assistants taking care of me.

Dr Naylor is awesome! We switched from a non-caring dentist to Mountain Stream and couldn't be happier. Since we had no insurance, we opted for the annual family plan. It is a terrific value. When Dr. Naylor evaluated each of us, he was extremely patient and wasn't in a rush. He explained everything so we could understand our treatment options. Give him a try!

Great Dentist and very efficient, skilled staff. Always willing to go the extra mile for patients. I broke a tooth and they took care of it quickly, painlessly, and it looked amazing! They always make you feel like part of the 'family' not just another client.
