I had my teeth cleaned by Megan and she was awesome!!! She is very polite and made good conversation, she is very careful, and is soft to touch, she does not shower you or ruff on the cleaning at all when cleaning. My teeth looked great after she was done with me and I was not sore afterwards. Any work I've had here at the Springfield office has been great. I really recommend this dentist office, everyone is great in the office, the assistants and Dr Baarstad, Great people!!

Not pleased with services for Invisalign, currently getting orthodontic treatments to correct her mistake of taking out permanent retainers. Would not recommend for orthodontic treatments. She does not explain everything to you. Very disappointed in the outcome.
I do have to say, the office is nice & the front desk ladies have been super helpful, despite my concerns. The only other service I had there was my cleanings, and the hygienists were kind.

Always so nice and courteous! I get nervous for appointments and once I let them know they slowed way down, grabbed me a blanket and earbuds and took extra time explaining what they were doing. I hadn't been to a dentist in 5 plus years... I can't recommend them highly enough!
