SmileKrafters - Allentown Dentist

Came today for my daughter to get her checkup since she’s 13. Ms. Sally-Ann was very kind natured, she was very sweet when talking to my daughter as well as very reassuring. She made sure everything was looked over especially since my daughter doesn’t have some of her adult teeth under her primary teeth. They made me and my daughter feel very welcomed and would totally recommend to my family and friends.

Julia was our hygienist today. Absolutely amazing, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous! I would definitely recommend her. I gave a 4 because that front desk staff really needs to get it together. Every time I have come to this location they are either not properly staffed or you can tell they don’t want to be there. As for Julia and the Dr. they get 5 Stars from my daughter and I today!! Thank you for being patient with us.

I was very impressed with Julia during my visit last week. She made me feel extremely comfortable,considering I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time. Julia, REMOVED tartar, stains, and plaque from my teeth. Took X-rays while explaining everything step by step. She's just AMAZING!! SmileKrafters, this staff member made my visit most enjoyable. I would recommend scheduling with Julia 100%.

My hygienist was Sally Ann. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. She let me know exactly what she was doing and how it was going to feel. She gave me lots of information and made me feel motivated to come back and continue seeing her. Doctor was brief didn’t get to know him but she was amazing !

My daughter has been having issues with a chipped tooth for the past 6 months! The doctor is one in a million his assistants are great but there seems to be an overbooking problem and very disorganized system at the front desk. Some of the front desk personnel are always on the phone, they asked for patients to wear a mask but yet they don’t wear theirs. I have witnessed at least 5 people getting very aggravated because of the poor customer service and scheduling issues. My daughter was sent home after she was told she was going to be seen by the doctor. Now we are at the ER, she has not been able to sleep for the past 3 nights her face is swollen, her jaw and ear hurts. After this we are looking for a new provider.

I had an amazing experience during my dental cleaning appointment. Sally, the dental hygienist that I had was very helpful and kind. She took the time to explain to me what she was doing every step of the way which meant a lot to me due to the fact I was anxious about the visit. Dr.MGK also did an amazing job explaining everything and going over my concerns.

I would absolutely recommend SmileKrafters, especially for anyone who suffers from a phobia or anxiety when going to the dentist.

If I could negative rate this place I would, either the people earring 5 just got lucky or are full of it!!!! My first experience with the office was great, dentist was nice and made me feel comfortable. I needed my wisdom teeth out and that’s when Covid hit and it has been all down hill since then. I called for days asking if my appointment for surgery would be rescheduled due to Covid and all I continued to be told is we’re not sure. I explained to them I needed to know because I didn’t always have someone available to bring me. They called me less than 24hours before hand to tell me it was canceled and they couldn’t reschedule then. They waited so long that I needed to be seen again before the surgery. Fast forward two years later I tried making an appointment for me and my daughter. All I can say is it is a nightmare to make an appointment for myself. I finally had my 2nd appointment and it was a weird and extremely uncomfortable experience. Sat in the waiting room for 45 mins, when taken back the hygienist doesn’t even tell me her name and took almost and hour to do a few xrays. Seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. After that I waited for another 30 mins for the dentist to come in. The dentist doesn’t even tell me his name and barely even talk to me. He aggressively cleans my teeth and booked it out of the room. I have never had a cleaning that rough before. He said something to the hygienist but didn’t address any concerns I had about my broken tooth or regarding the adult tooth that is stuck above the broken tooth, wisdom teeth, or if the two cavities that I did have the last time I was there. Unprofessional as hell. I continue to try to make an appointment for my daughter and they transfer me to pediatric side. No one and I mean no one answers the phone over there and or calls back after leaving a voicemail. The office manager does absolutely nothing when it comes to explaining the situation to her that I can’t get a hold of them. We are going on almost 5 months of trying to get ahold of pediatric side to make an appointment for my daughter. This is insane. Does anyone even work over there! I think I will be calling the better business bureau and finding a lawyer.

I was there for the first time this week and was amazed about how wonderful the experience was. Sherri was so comforting and funny; she was truly a professional and very kind. Dr MGK was also very professional and took the time with me to explain everything. Top Notch! I was there for specialty care but I think I am going to change dentists. Thanks Everyone!

I'm so happy with the care that I received during my appointment at smile crafters. My hygienist Julia was beyond amazing. She was very patient, went over all of my medical history and made suggestions for my dental plan and answered any questions that I had. Every part of the visit was pleasant from check-in to x-rays to check-out. If you have a lot of dental issues or are nervous to get dental care I would recommend going to smile crafters.

Julia, the hygienist worked with me today 11/7/22 and I must say, this was the best experience I have had with Smile Krafters general dentistry department since I started going there in 2017. The service and wait times have drastically improved since my last 6 months checkup. Good job and keep up the good work.
